When you’re ready to relax, take in the unmatched waterfront scenery from the community swimming pool or hot tub. Guests also have access to lighted tennis courts—simply contact the on-site front desk to reserve your time.
This comfortable 2-bedroom condo is thoughtfully designed for a relaxing coastal stay. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed with its own private bath—perfect for couples or families traveling together. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, including cooking up your fresh catch of the day.

Please note: A 30-night minimum stay is required at this property.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100.00+tax, per pet, per month. A maximum of one pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and WIFI service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
Clines Landing 415 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels and linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
