Introducing Coral Breeze PPV400! This stunning property is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Just off 11th Street near the beach, golf cart rentals and The Texan. The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing without feeling cramped. Large dining table and breakfast bar seating for 12 people to dine at once! For larger groups check out our sister property located directly across the pool, Tan Lines PPV300! The two houses combined, offer 8 bedrooms accommodating 26!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $150.00+tax, per stay short term, $250 + tax per stay long term. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Beautiful property
The property is lovely and the property managers, even lovelier while we were there. We left a couple of items there and have reached out to the property management and are confident we will hear from them shortly.
The home was clean and very accommodating for our disabled Veteran and his Service Dog.
We would rent it again.

Super nice house!
We had a great time! The house was wonderfully decorated and comfortable and ample bedding overall and towels for everyone. It was also super clean. Great location and the elevator was a huge bonus for my mother-in-law who has a hard time navigating the stairs. We will definitely come back. Management company is super easy to work with.

Beautiful, spa-like stay
We were transferred to this unit due to a water leak in our original. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Beautiful, spacious unit. We would definitely stay here again. Would recommend getting a cart (Sage Beach Carts is only 1.5 blocks away) for going to the beach and tooling around town.
