- 3 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and one in the garage, for 3 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 3 spaces. (No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk)
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
"Coral Paradise VW27" is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels and linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Mini Christmas Vacation in Port A
We had a wonderful time at this home in Port A for our mini family Christmas getaway! The property was clean, cozy, and perfect for making holiday memories. Everything we needed was available, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

However, a few upgrades could make the experience even better. Items like higher-quality toiletries (toilet paper and paper towels) and more comfortable pillows would go a long way in enhancing the comfort of the stay. If you prefer, bringing your own is a simple fix, and the rest of the experience makes it well worth it.

Overall, a lovely spot for a relaxing family retreat! We’d definitely consider staying here again. ��✨

My Happy Place
We have been renting from Port A Escapes since 2011 and have really benefited from this. We have stayed in Village Walk several times and love the heated pools and the accommodation provided. We especially love the prompt service if repairs need doing or help of any kind is needed. We look forward to next year in Village Walk. We have enjoyed renting from Brenda who has retired and now Melissa who was lovely and helpful.

Best trip ever
We had three generations stay here. We grandparents stayed in the downstairs bedroom, our son and wife in the Master bedroom, and our three grandchildren in the third room. The house is spacious. We especially loved the screened-in porch and the outside seating in the evening was cooler with a breeze . The proximity to the beach was mere minutes.

Spent the month of February at Coral Paradise, a great escape from the Minnesota cold. This home has all you need to enjoy your Port Aransas experience. It is well equipped and comfortable and the screened porch is a perfect place to relax. The heated pool 2 doors down is an extra bonus.

Great location
We love being in Village Walk. The swimming pools are heated and well maintained. Our rental unit had a nice screened front porch but the yard was not landscaped well. We loved the master suite. The living room furniture was not comfortable and the tv should be hung lower. Kitchen was adequate.

Thanksgiving Trip
The house was clean and the get away we needed. It was cold but the heated pools were perfect. There is plenty of space three full bathrooms and there bed rooms. The house has a screened porch where we enjoyed sitting and talking. Upstairs they have a balcony very spacious where you can over look the beautiful neighborhood. Will definitely be back.

Coral Paradise is a Paradise!
The beautiful coral color of the exterior and the sea blue front door introduce the beachy decor of this charming house. I love the carefully coordinated and colorful beach theme throughout the house. It has a huge dreamy master suite (king bed!) in sea blue and white, so soothing. The other two bedrooms are just are nice, so it works for three couples, or two families. And there’s a convenient set of bunk beds in addition to the king and two queens spread across three bedrooms. We like to cook, so it was a relief to find someplace fitted out by someone who obviously enjoys cooking. There was plenty of room in the great room relax and sit down to eat. I’d like to know who the housekeeping staff is and bring them over to my home in Austin. Wow! That place was sparkling!!! We enjoyed the screened-in porch. The fan cooled it off nicely. We could drink coffee and have breakfast out there. It was a pleasant surprise to find so much beautiful landscaping at a vacation rental home in a beach community. There were sensational tropical plants everywhere. I’ve stayed here many times and am planning another stay in the near future. Thank you to everyone who makes this place such a joy to stay in!

Nice house in Port A
We stayed with our 4 kids, and my husbands parents for 4 nights. The house fit us very well and is a great layout. We stayed in village walk about 9 years ago, and the houses were brand new. They are starting to show their age with some mildew stains near the ac registers, older appliances and just general upkeep issues. Overall, it’s a very nice house. The kitchen was organized in a weird way (ie cooking utensils as far from the stove as possible) and they didn’t leave an empty cabinet for food storage. This house wasn’t as well appointed as others we’ve stayed in - kitchen utensils especially were poor, and a tv upstairs would be great, maybe some furniture on the balcony outside the master bedroom, but overall it is a great house, and we enjoyed our stay. It slept our 8 people very well, and we never felt cramped.

Spring Vacation
When we arrived in Port Aransas the office had our keys and did a wonderful job contacting us and giving us directions to the location. The home was well kept and just beautiful. The only down side was trying to be super careful with their towels. But overall it was perfect!!

Wonderful Family Property
Spacious, clean, and comfortable home in a fantastic location. The open kitchen made family meal preparation very easy. Great screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee. The kids loved having the pool right next door. We loved this property and will definitely return soon!

Great place to stay. Very clean. Lots of room. Has all the amenities you will need and more. Close to beach. Only downside was our noisy neighbors who stayed outside partying until 2am.

Welcome back to Port Aransas
Great house and location. We typically visit the FlorAbama Riviera. Port A still is recovering from the hurricane however it still a great place to visit.
Coral Paradise 27VW was very clean, very conducive to our needs and had everything we needed. I will rent this location again.

Great house; comfy for entire family of 8. Clean and well maintained. Location good for having golf cart, but not close to beach access. Located close to neighborhood pool. Not many pots and pans in kitchen, but other supplies were good.

Family Get-Tother
Staying at the Coral Paradise was very enjoyable.I would recommend it to others. The pool was close by. Only unexpected aspect was that only one garage was available for use.Not sure why.

Luxurious vacation in a beautiful house
Very nice house, with a beautiful kitchen and living room combination, great back screened in porch. Bedrooms are very spacious and master bath is very nice. The day bed/reading nook in the living room was everyone’s favorite. A place conducive to a great get together.

Wonderful short vacation
The house was perfect and exactly what we needed. The pool is one house away. The house had everything we needed. Perfect layout for a family to gather on the main floor. I would love to visit again -- in the fall -- when it's not so hot in Texas so I can enjoy all the porches this house offers!

Great place in Port A to stay at! Close to the beach too.
We had two families rent the house out for a long weekend. The place was clean and had a nice layout. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and may ask for the same place the next time.

Very clean and the layout worked well for our group
The kitchen needs to be restocked for pots, pans, sharp knives, cutting boards, etc. It was very difficult to cook a full meal due to the missing items.

Village Walk 08-2015
Location was great. House has enough space. Dishwasher was full of dirty plates that had not been washed when we got there, not acceptable.
Ac was great considering the heat. Community pool is very small and was crowded most of the time. Trash bins in community property were over run with trash.

Super fun week at the beach
House was wonderful. Spacious with tons of storage areas.
We loved the community and area.
There is not beach access but it is less than a mile drive or can walk along sidewalk easily.
Our electrical plugs and wifi did not work when we first arrived, but a quick phone call was all it took to rectify the situation.
Office staff as always are kind, courteous and helpful!

Great weekend stay
I stayed at the location with a few friends from school and we got everything we paid for. They had to come by and unlock the washer/dryer unit and provide a broom, but no complaints past that. Convenient location around the local area. I would recommend this place to others.

Great Little Neighborhood
Very cute and comfortable house. Loved the screened porch for the kids. New updated furniture was very nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen and wonderful open floor plan. Disappointed that there wasn't a king size bed anywhere. Also severe lack of amenities; no soap, no shampoo, no detergent and no beach towels. When you are flying that is a lot of extra stuff to bring.

Wonderful Beach House!
The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway! It was close to the pool and if we stood on the top balcony we could even glimpse the ocean! We would definitely return!

Satisfied
The house was very nice and clean. However, and this is minor, the yard and patio were not very inviting. There were weeds growing everywhere and the patio furniture was stained with what seemed to be bird poop. The screen door to the porch was broken. The porch light did not come on. I am one who enjoys sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the mornings, so the flawed appearance of the yard/porch made it not as enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend village walk to a friend

Everything was nice with our stay but for some reason when we first arrived, there were dozens of flies in the house. It took us several days to get rid of them. Having 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen were 2 important features. The neighborhood was relatively quiet.

Space
This property sleeps a minimum of 8. That doesn't include the sofa or the window bed in the LR, which could add 3 more. The neighborhood is new and there is a lot of activity during the high season weekend there. The homes look very nice, but they are not quality constructed. I am not sure what things will look like in 2020. But for now, this was great.

Close Knit Community
This was a great place to stay if you don't mind driving to the beach. The house is well built and the layout makes for plenty of room. The screened in porch gave it more privacy than some of the others around. It could use a bit more outdoor furniture, but other than that, it worked very well for us. We had a great time!

Vacation at Village Walk
This particular house at Village Walk was clean, roomy,and comfortable, but definitely not on the same scale as the newer properties in the same community. I had read that there was only one television and I really didn't give it a second thought, but with teenage boys around it would have been nice to send them away with their noise.
The screened in porch was a wonderful addition, but the patio furniture needs replacing as we improvised with the seating. Anyway, thank you!

Second year at Village Walk
One double bunk bed was broken; mattress was placed on floor to provide enough sleeping space. This reduced usable floor space in the bed room. Garage was not available for use. Village Walk is a nice area and I recommend it. We stayed here last year in a different unit and was completely satisfied. Unit 27 this year was adequate, but not as desirable.

All went well
The television was out of order for our entire stay, the clean towels were left in the washer and dryer so we did not know that we had extras until Saturday( Ihad to rewash the ones in the washer because they soured), those 2 issues aside - everything else was great and we would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms and kitchen. Convenient to pool and Port A shopping and dining. Garage was a plus although there was no door into house. Well decorated. The screened porch was very relaxing. Quiet neighborhood.

Weekend at the coast
Great weekend in Port A. Problems with the key right away got the stay off to a bad start. It's disappointing after driving five hours with wife, daughter, son, daughter-in law, and three grand kids and can't get into the rental. But another trip to the rental office and we were set. Happy that we didn't get there after hours. Property was very clean and adequately equipped. Overall everything was ok.

great family rental
ver nice house, well designed, we thoroughly enjoyed its simplicity but quality, the back patio is screened which allowas all to enjoy the morning coffee outtside, not overlooking the pool as one house removed which was great. we were 2 families with 2 sets of boys 8-10

Tons of positives and 2 small comments...
This place was fabulous! There are too many positive items to mention.

Comment one: There was only one tv in the whole house. With little ones, it was hard to get them to lay down at night and relax in their bed without a tv.

Comment 2: Very very very warm pool.

Both comments are just that...comments. We will definitly go back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Had a great time at Coral Paradise
The house was very clean, spacious, and close to the community pool(which was nice with small children). Our only issue was that the washer was broken, so we couldn't wash clothes or towels, but the management company did switch out clean towels for us. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We found that a number of cabinets had doors which fell off easily. We could have used another blanket on the beds.
