- Non Pet-Friendly
- 5 paved parking spaces all in the driveway for 4 medium sized vehicles + 1 golf cart. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 5 spaces. (No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk)
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean towels and linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Great home!
Port A Escapes came to our rescue after our VRBO reservation on a home did not get put on the "host's" calendar. We were frantic with 12 of us needing a weekend house to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday! I think this house turned out to be much better than the one we booked with VRBO. The deck on top was great, and the pools in the subdivision were perfect for the grandkids! We are planning to book it again for next year!

Loved the views from Coral Reefer
Port A Escapes was very easy to work with. We enjoyed the view from the top deck. There were plenty of dishes to work with in the kitchen but not a very good spot to place the groceries. We ended up letting them sit out on the counter top.
This house was very tastefully decorated.

Great House
Loved this house, fit 5 moms and 9 kids perfectly. We were very happy with Port A Escapes, it was so easy to work with them. Each time we called for help with the tv, they promptly came and showed us how to work the remote (it was really frustrating, but small in comparison to the home). The home is decorated very well. Beds are comfortable. The downstairs room is a bit hot during the day, but it does cool off at night. Driving to the beach was a bit of a bummer, so I recommend renting a golf cart for sure to avoid what my car looked like each day. I highly recommend this home for it's beautiful, open top floor that can accommodate lots of people and fun.

An amazing time
Checking in was a breeze. When we arrived to the house my family and I were so impressed! My favorite part was the top balcony. My father has issues with stairs so the elevator was a blessing. The house is beautiful! We had an amazing time and before we were leaving already have a plan to return. I can't wait! The only part that was a little bothersome was the construction next door and not being able to park comfortably right away due to one of the workers from next door their truck was stuck parked there for 1 of our 3 nights there.

Great Family Vacation
Stayed here with family last week of July. 12 of us in all, from kids to grandparents, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of stairs, which can be challenging considering your age or health, but we all did fine. House is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Great view from the rooftop deck (but the railing is not quite as sturdy as it should be, so be careful). Close to the beach but NOT walking distance; we rented a golf cart for the week and that was a great way to get to the beach. House is also close to town, which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay in Port A
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen/dining/living space was a good size for everyone. The bedrooms were all fine and bathrooms were clean. The drive to the beach was around 5 minutes or less. One thing we would have liked is to have more kitchen supplies. There was one extra trash bag in the kitchen and we had 10 people staying for 4 nights- obviously more trash. Also no simple things like salt and pepper shakers. Also the balcony on the roof was great except there was a pretty large gap in the railing and they felt loose. This made us feel uncomfortable having any of the two young toddlers up there.

Nice updates and great water views!
This house was nice and clean and was updated and decorated very well compared to the others on the same street. I would stay here again. The lovely ladies at the management company were super sweet and very accommodating.

New Years 2014/2015
The House we rented was great! Very nicely decorated and well supplied with dishes, party trays.... Everyone enjoyed the downstairs level with the ping pong table and shuffle board plus a TV. It was College football watching and we had plenty of TVs. It was cold and windy in PA but we had a wonderful time !

Mini Vacation with the Family
We had a great time at this house. It was fully stocked with every utensil/dish needed to make a great meal. Very clean. We did have trouble with the balcony door on the third floor. But, the location was great. The rooftop deck was amazing, with a beautiful view of the water. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and will be booking here in the future!

It was my families first time staying in a beautiful home like this one and they absolutely loved it. We are considering in doing this once a year every year. Although we wish it had a pool like the others but we were still satisfied with the community pool. Overall everything was great.

Very Nice House!
This house was amazing! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Very nice sleeping accommodations also. 2 minute walk to the pool. The only drawback to this location was it had no beach access. Since it's not a beachfront house we had to drive to the beach. Plus the view from the ground and second floors is of some not so lovely apartments. Once you go rooftop though you can see the beach. All in all it was a very nice house and I would have no problem staying here again.

A Very Nice Stay
This is our second time staying at Coral Reffer. There's plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. Close to the beach. We will come back again next time.

Excellent vacation house
We have stayed at Village Walk for 5 years and it has been great! We will definitely be back!! We love the Coral Reefer!

Wonderful vacation home
The property was excellent. Clean, very well appointed and a good layout for a large group. The only downside was the lack of beach access but it wasn't that much of a burden to drive the mile there.

Amazingly, Beautiful Vacation Rental!!
This house was perfect beyond words! I rented this house for the weekend (Thursday - Sunday) for my bridal party. We got married on Saturday on the beach. This house is beautifully decorated, the pictures just don't do it justice! We had such a fabulous weekend and this house made it so much better! We will definitely be back, next time for a women's only weekend ;)

The property was very nice and well maintained, location is great! The only negative I can say, and it's not a big one, is that there was no direct beach access from the complex.

IT WAS AMAZING AND THE HOUSE WAS VERY GORGEOUS.
ME AND THE PEOPLE THAT STAY IN THE HOME WELL WHAT CAN I SAY WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOME AND THE COMMUNITY.I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK.

Perfect Vacation Rental for Three Families
We had a wonderful time at the Coral Reefer! The service was excellent and the property was clean, well maintained and well stocked. We made many memories sitting out on the decks enjoying the view, and sitting around the large dining room table with all of our families! Beach access is just a short drive away. If we vacation again in Port A, we know just where we'll stay!

Texas Tech Reunion
This is our third year to stay in this neighborhood. Coral Reefer is by far the nicest home we have stayed in so far. We particularly loved the decor, sound system, and kitchen.

Our group of Tech friends have made a tradition out of visiting Port A each summer. It's so nice to have a beach house that fits all of us. This home is great for families as well as friends. We will definitely be back!!

Very Nice Stay
We loved the house. Plenty of room for all my family. Very nice decorations and the beds were very comfortable.

Awesome Stay at the Coral Reefer!
We had an incredible time at the Coral Reefer. We have stayed in Village Walk for four different vacations now, and this was definitely the BEST. We will be back!

great place!
We had 6 adults and 7 children ages 7 and under stay here, and it was fantastic! Great location. No access to the beach, but having stayed directly on the beach and now as well as off, I prefer to stay off the beach! As the person responsible for carting all the junk to and from the beach, it is SO much more enjoyable to just put it in the car and drive onto the beach (passes are $12 at the gas station). We will definitely stay here again! Very clean and nicely furnished
