We loved our stay here. A quick walk to the beach, nice grounds, and the rooma was perfect. Nicely furnished and full kitchen for us to prepare coffee and melas in. Quiet and relaxing!

Beautiful Rental
The unit was spotless and the bed was comfortable. They left a few amenities to help your stay, Like shampoo, conditioner , soaps and kitchen dish soap and dishwasher pods. They have a Keurig with a coffee pot and a place for pods. Our friends stayed in an Rv park within a block and the beach was also within walking distance. We used a golf cart , and got around the town with no problem, and it made hauling your stuff to the beach easy. The complex was quiet and the pool and grilling pavilions were nice .

The condo was great. The only REAL issue was the shower. Apparently the controls were put in wrong. After a couple of “cold” showers we found out that you only need to turn the shower handle a smidge to get hot water. Port A Escapes was wonderful in responding to our issue. I ALWAYS use Port A Escapes when booking!!

Great stay!
The condo was lovely, super clean and every aspect of our visit went off like clockwork. We had a bit of trouble setting up the TV with our Netflix, Prime, etc. but one phone call to Port A Escapes and someone arrived in about 15 minutes and got us connected. This is our third time using Port A Escapes and our second time staying at Courtyard. The property, pool, etc. are a pleasure to visit. We have great confidence in Sarah Biggs and will definitely use them again!

No washer and dryer in unit 115
We loved the location and and how it clean it was. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer . The facility had one but it was upstairs and being older we could not haul laundry up and down stair cases. Be sure and bring your own towels. It only offered 4 towels and 4 wash clothes for a six night stay for 4 people. Plus the property management did not have the information when I called about parking passes for our 2 cars and a beach buggy. Their response was for us to call the HOA to get more information. You get 2 parking passes only. The managements advice was for us to park one of our cars blocks away at their office . Once I got in touch with the HOA they informed us the beach buggy did not need a parking pass. I felt the management group should have had the correct information without me having to search for the answer on my own.

Best Port A rental we've ever stayed in
Sarah helped us find this rental and got us a fantastic deal for the weekend, including a deep discount on a multi-day golfcart through Island Outfitters. The rental came with everything we needed. We hit a snag with missing pool wristbands, gave them a call, and they hand delivered in under 10 minutes; amazing service. The condo exceeds the quality of the pictures provided, which is the opposite of what we expected! The beach is a 1 minute golf cart ride, or a less than 5 minute walk, and a 2 minute walk to The Texan (essentially a Buccees Jr.) Look no further, this is the best quality, and best deal you'll find in port A

A great weekend
I love the location of the Courtyard Condos. The beach is one block away. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The furniture was nice but mattress in the bedroom was a 4 instead of a 5. Management was quick to respond via email. I’ll stay there agaian.And yes, I would recommend it to a friend.

Amazing Place

Great spot for a girls weekend!
The condo was super clean upon arrival. It was just what we needed for a fun girls weekend. Close to the beach which was the biggest plus! Kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed as we cooked for all of our meals. It's a very comfy, quiet condo building, perfect for a relaxing weekend. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and pots and we had plenty towels. The only thing was the king bed in the bedroom a had some sort of squeaking problem. We will definitely stay here again

Great relaxing beach vacation
The property was walking distance from a section of the beach that never got very busy. The room was clean and tidy. The pool on site was clean and well maintained. The only reason I took stars off was that the bed frame was very noisy. I would 100% recommend and even stay again though.

Love the Courtyard! Our stay is always wonderful but too short!!
We stayed in 115. The unit has been remodeled beautifully!! We have been going to the Courtyard for 36 years. It’s comfortable, quiet and close to the beach! The staff at the Courtyard are amazing & like family ❤️

Perfect Stay
We’ve stayed at the Courtyard before in a different unit so we know we like the location plus they outside maintenance is great. This unit was absolutely wonderful. The decor is perfect. It had everything we needed. We want to stay in this unit again.

Very Nice Condo!
This condo is really lovely. It is nicely furnished and the decor is lovely. The kitchen and bath have been recently updated. We loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom. The living room and bedroom furniture is really nice. I only have two suggestions for optimizing the experience of staying here. First, the king mattress was way too soft and not very comfortable. Second, the TVs and Cable controls are not in sync, and the living room TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV. Otherwise, everything was really nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Facility and amenities
This is our 4th stay at The Courtyard—which offers great lodging and amenities. This trip our unit was disappointing on Friday evening (our day of arrival) we had A/C issues that lasted all the way thru most of Saturday. My husband stayed with maintenance team as they tried to fix A/C — they had to send different people. So we lost one day of beach fun.��. One other issue the main bed in room is terribly loud & squeaky at the most minimal movement.

Great Stay
Upon arrival, the vacation rental was very clean. The unit looked to be recently updated, with great amenities. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Port Aransas Escapes was also great to work with.

Courtyard Condos
We have stayed in various on-site condos this year and back to 20??. We have always been happy with the accommodations in the condos.. Because they are owned by different owners we have been privy to different layouts, different “beachy decorations, and different supplies in kitchen and bath. NEVER have we been disappointed. If we had any problem,it was remedied quickly. Harry And Melissa at Port A Escapes and Cassie on-site at Courtyard are great.Harry has helped me in different sitations, always very helpful. I am not able to select “ very satisfied” in my choices of satisfaction questions.I was indeed VERY SATISFIED

Quiet location quick access to everything.
We love the Courtyard. It’s clean,quiet and comfortable. Complete kitchen for cooking up your catch. Fish cleaning house on property. Bedding is top quality and very comfortable. Nice bathroom,clean,plenty of hot water. We will definitely return and recommend to everyone. The units have connected doors for a one bedroom to an efficiency,making a possible two bedroom.

The Courtyard
Great stay! Would be nice to have a 'no saving' of the tables at the pool since there's only 4 for shade (Found out it was a owner), same happened with the BBQ area. Also, owners next door had barking dogs during our stay.

Great place, great price
I absolutely love staying at Courtyard condos. They are always well kept and clean! Pool is awesome! Close to beach and town! I love that I can get up and walk on the beach every morning and night!
