Come enjoy one of Port Aransas best hidden gems! This is a cozy efficiency condo located in town. The courtyard style setup offers a spacious pool in the center of the complex. Come relax! You deserve it! Pets are not allowed. Basket balls and horseshoes are available at the onsite Courtyard office. The owner of this condo has upgraded the WIFI to 200 mg. This unit is located on the first floor. Basketballs and horseshoes are available at the onsite Courtyard office.

What I needed!
My solo trip was stress free as the condo provided all I needed - a peaceful, clean, safe environment. It was 2 blocks from the beach offering incredible access to the most beautiful sunrises.

The courtyard
Overall, the property was in good shape. The unit I stayed in had a really bad smell, but was clean when I arrived.. Probably would not select this property again just because of the safety aspect —-the property is open and not secured.

Peaceful and Close to the Beach
We will definitely be back. A peaceful place and close to the beach. Just the check in - the front desk told us to go to the main office for the passcode, but we were not in a hurry, the room was not ready, but then we went back to property to check in 30 min later. The front desk should have called for us. Its ok, we were happy with everything - will go back again!!!

Truly a cozy getaway
#129 will be my next destination as soon as I return home to check my calendar for the next stay there. I loved the studio and all of its amenities! It was really comfortable and in a great location.

Owners were very accommodating!
I’d originally booked the room months ahead, then Hurricane Beryl showed her ugly face. Thankfully she headed east of Port A, but not after causing a temporary (and mandatory) evacuation of visitors of the island. This was the day OF our check-in. The owners of the rental were gracious enough to allow me to push my reservation back several weeks (to the next available unreserved week) at no extra cost or penalty, which saved my annual beach vacation with my son. I couldn’t be more grateful, because technically they didn’t have to do that...albeit with unsafe surf and all island shops probably closed, the island was spared from the dangerous hurricane. I’ve been staying at Courtyards for years and will continue to support the owners as f these wonderfully convenient and comfortable rentals!

Last Minute Trip to Port A
Everything was clean and as described. Cute Studio unit and well maintained. Would be nice to have extra towels and bedding available as there was no washer dryer. If you are sensitive to light while sleeping bring your eye mask the property keeps lights on outside the doors at night and the blinds don’t keep the light out ��. Love the location- close to everything.

Nice and cozy
Overall this is a great spot to stay at. My only complaint is that only two towels are provided for bathing, I highly suggest at least four towels. Also I was under the impression that washer/dryer were in unit but not the case. Other than those two things everything else was perfect and great communication from the host. Thank you.

It was perfect for us!! Everything we needed was there!
It was a great property. Well maintained and well appointed! It was perfect for the two of us. The pool was a little chilly but didn’t stop us from swimming daily when weather permitted. I would strongly recommend this property to any couple that wants a relaxing chill time. It’s so incredibly close to the beach as well!!

Nice Suprise!
Check in and out process super simply, friendly staff. Room was extremely clean and well appointed. Courtyard was a bonus, thick St Augustine grass was great for barefeet. The Pool was sparkling and cool. Just what we needed in the evening.

Fishing & vacationing in Port Aransas
We have been to the Port Aransas area several times with our motorhome. First time to stay in a condo. We enjoyed for a month. Great monthly rates.

Port A Vacation
Overall Was a very good experience and we will be back again next year. Th pool issue was sort of disappointing, but then again the weather was not that warm to hang out by the pool much.

Labor Day Family Fun
Courtyard 129 was perfect. Updated, clean, and right across from the pool. Close to the beach as well, 5 minute walk.

Perfect for Two
We spent three nights on a quick getaway to Port A and were very happy with our stay at Courtyard #129. It was comfortable, clean and well appointed, and at a reasonable price. Overall, the island still suffers from a lack of employees, most every restaurant was closed or on shortened days/hours, making eating out very difficult and frustrating. But the beach was great and as always, when on the island we learned to slow down and take time to relax.

Fully remodeled condo close to beach
The condo was In a great location, only a five minute walk to the beach. Condo was nicely remodeled and had everything we needed for a great stay!

I think this unit is quite nice. It’s clean and maintained.
The down fall is the kitchen lights need a big improvement. It is very difficult to see.
I liked the decorations but there are just to many Nick knacks on all the tables. It makes table, counter, and other available space to put things smaller.
The pool needs to be HEATED!

Great little getaway
This condo was beautiful and immaculately clean when we arrived! It was perfect for the two of us, but would be crowded with more. Easy two block walk to the beach; I'd recommend people bring a wagon to hold beach chairs etc on the walk. No need for a golf cart for us since it was so close to the beautiful beach. The pool was a fantastic reprieve from the heat! Only drawback was that the wifi was slow and no cell service in the condo so plan on disconnecting while inside. Otherwise a great place to relax!

Truly a hidden gem! Perfect spot for an amazing beach vacation!
Perfect location, short walk to the beach. Loved #129 condo--near pool, comfy couch-beachy decor--soft fluffy towels!. Easy checkin to pick up keys. Only suggestion (and it is minor) provide an extra blanket--can be used on the bed or as a throw while longing on the couch. Close to pool. Quiet. Will stay here again!

R an R get away
The was exactly as advertised.A little far out from the main part of town. Cell service sporadic an wifi non existant. Room two blocks from beach. Room was clean an a/c worked great.Floor was gritty , should have Been wet mopped before new renter got there. Over all I give the condo a 7 ouy of 10.

Beautifully and freshly renovated condos
The condo was very obviously renovated, very clean, and beautiful. It does not have an actual bedroom which is not shown or stated anywhere. It did have an incredibly comfortable Murphy bed w memory foam mattress. It was super close to the beach, less than a block. The kitchen was fully equipped w everything you need to cook but there is absolutely no seasonings or cooking ingredients so do take at least salt if you plan to cook. Only issue is, which is not a biggie, that I wished they offered a cleaning service while there because we always brought back sand on our shoes and I did not want to clean while on vacation. Overall we loved the condo and would definitely stay again.

Relaxing
The place was nice and the location was wonderful. The only issues I had were the maintenance man came and woke us up two of the four mornings to tell us he was shutting off the water for a few hours and the wifi was incredibly weak so I couldn't stream and I had absolutely no service so I couldn't make or receive calls or texts. I only could communicate when I went somewhere with free wifi.
