Grand Caribbean #1002 has a sparkling community pool, and direct beach access. This spacious condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen to make some memorable meals in. The primary bedroom has a King size bed with a full bath. The other two bedrooms each have a Queen size bed and their own full bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for the littles. A perfect condo for the entire family. Enjoy the refreshing beachfront community pool after a long day at the beach.
Please note: There is no patio access from the living room door, access is only through the king bedroom. Parking for 2, permit required. Sorry, no pets, golf carts or views.

Grand Caribbean GC1008 for a Sisters’ Weekend
We enjoyed two nights in this unit. Overall, very comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. Convenient parking, nice large patio with shade in the afternoon and close proximity to the very nice and clean pool and the beach. Love the large sofa and dining booth, but sofa is showing lots of use - you kind of sink into the cushions in many spots. Overall very pleased with our stay and the unit. Port A Escapes sent over an employee when we didn’t understand the “hurricane” lock/handle on patio door. We appreciate her help and prompt attention.

Relaxing Time.
The rental is clean and quiet. Pool area was well maintained. The boardwalk to the beach was nice. The only issue is the steep walkways up to the units. That makes it difficult for older people and to get your luggage up and down.

Always a Grand Time
This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and we’re already looking at dates for next summer to come again. Due to the hurricane they allowed us to change our dates for any day of our choosing as long as the condo wasn’t already booked for no extra charge and we can’t even say how much that was appreciated, as coming to Port A has been tradition for over 20 years!! It’s always very well kept and the pool and boardwalk are the best thing about it as it is so convenient to walk right to the beach every day!The rental always has the basic amenities and we always feel right at home here. Very family friendly

The experience was great! We did have an issue with our door and had to get a new code. We loved our location! We wish there was a gate on the bottom floor balcony that lead to the pool. It would be nice to have restrooms outside of the rooms when using the pool. The room was wonderful, clean, and the AC worked great!

Great Location! Good pool for kids!
The rental was very spacious and the convenient location near the beach was great. There were some minor maintenance issues such as a cracked window in the Master Bedroom door and a stuck Freeezer drawer which were disappointing. The office was very responsive to our concerns however the broken door was concerning.

The vacation condo was great. Our 2nd year there. Only down side to property is the pool is not cleaned out daily. But it is still a great place for families and we will definitely go back.

Comfortable place to stay, just the right distance from town minimizing any crowds on the beach. Comfortable bed and good climate control. Outside view is limited to back of the dunes. MB shower needs attention to remove smell. Washer & dryer should come with iron and ironing board. Need non-stick pans.

Much Needed Vacation
Our condo was clean and perfect for our small family. The property management company was very kind and quickly helped when we were locked out of our condo upon arrival. It was a short drive into town for shopping and eating and the beach and pool were perfect for our toddler to play at. Would go back again!

Fantastic vacation
Second time in this condo, first in this particular unit. We LOVED this one! This unit was probably the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen, it was so comfortable, and very clean! We love the pool and the amazing boardwalk to the beach. The bedrooms were big and the bathrooms were gorgeous! Absolutely coming back!

Gorgeous condo with great beach access
This condo is absolutely gorgeous it has everything a family needs. The rooms were spacious and clean the decor was up to date and beautiful. The bathrooms and showers make you feel like your in a luxury hotel I loved it. The only tiny thing I would suggest is updating the mattress and pillows.

A great beach trip!
We stayed for 5 days at a 3 BR/ 3 ba Grand Caribbean condo. Very comfortable beds, AC was fine, Dining table had seats for our large group. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beach was quickly accessible via boardwalk. Management quickly responsive to any problem or question. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay
The condo was beautiful and perfect for a family with young children. We were one door away from the pool access on the first floor. The pool was nice, but could have been skimmed a little more often. Close enough to town that if you need to go it’s not a far drive but far enough away to feel isolated and away from all the noise. The only thing the condo was lacking was extra blankets. There’s a sofa bed, but no blanket for it.

Family Getaway
We had a great time here. The condo was beautiful and surpassed our expectations. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and best part was the proximity to the beach. This was as good as staying at a 5 star resort.

My home away from home!
I have stayed in this condo 3 times, and I already reserved another stay! I have traveled a lot and have never stayed in a cuter place! They have thought of everything!

End of summer vaca
We had a great time and this was the first time we've stayed in a place that didn't have an office to check in at. Was very nice to just go straight to your room.

Family Vacay
Great room, very updated and clean! We have stayed at Grand Carribean numerous times and always pleased with the property! The boardwalk to the beach is very nice, but was disappointed this year that the area at the end of the boardwalk which I thought was dedicated to the condo renters, instead had many RV’s parked for the weekend and we had to walk further to get to an area we could set up our tent for the day! Overall, very nice place to stay!

Perfect location!
This location was an A+. Very few condos on the property and most of the other buildings were father away, allowing you lots of room to stretch out on the beach. Loved it! The boardwalk is not as long as it looks in the pictures. The condo is very spacious. I loved drinking my coffee on the patio and watching the sunrise every morning. The only recommendation I would make it to add a lock to the top of the door. The door is similar to a hotel door, you simply turn the handle and it opens. Our 4-year old took off once. I would add a sliding lock or hinge - something simple. We will be back for sure!

Great for Our Short Getaway
The condo was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The pool and beach were easily accessible. We went when vehicular access was prohibited so the location and walk to the beach were perfect. It was a good size place. The only downside was the preexisting damage. I am not sure how long the damage had been there but we took pictures of the damage to ensure we were not charged. I would've like to have seen a checklist of some sort to note any damage at check-in. Luckily, we were not held responsible. The app was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great Stay at Grand Caribbean
We loved this place. It is more secluded than staying close to downtown. Access to the beach was just a quick walk down the private boardwalk. The condo was clean, fresh, cool, and just a great place to be when not at the pool or the beach. We didn't have our kids with us, but it would be a great place for kids. The pool was never crowded, and neither was the beach. We highly recommend this place!

Great Vacation Rental!
This unit was fantastic. It has the convenience of being first floor, so easy access to the pool and beach, while also having visibility of the water. It has been recently renovated and is very modern and tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend this unit if you are in the area!

Port Aransas Vacation
My 2 boys and I loved meeting my long time friend and her daughter here for a short escape. The condo is beautifully renovated and decorated. We loved everything about it. There are no beach towels and only 2 old chairs provided for the beach. Come prepared! We also had a hard time finding out the wi-fi network and password but found it on the actual modem. This condo is perfect for a peaceful escape. It is located away from other condos and resorts. I recommend staying here if you are looking to get away and in no need of extra activities for older kids. The pool is perfect for young children.

Great stay!!
This was the first time I rented a condo and didn't know what to expect. I have to say I wasn't disappointed!! The condo was the perfect size for my family. It was clean and conveniently located on the 1st floor which made moving our stuff easy! The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean.. I would definitely stay again!!

Nice rental
The condo itself was great. We did have a few minor complaints. The master bathroom had a bad light overhead that consistently flashed rapidly - making it impossible to turn on the bathroom light. The master bedroom did not cool down like the 2nd bedroom. It would be great if there was a list of cable/tv channels available. It is a little further out from town so golf carts can't be driven there. You CAN rent a golf cart and drive to the condo from the beach.

Grandkids had fun!
The condo was lovely. There were a couple of shortcomings. There was no broom and the bedroom near the pool experienced a good amount of noise later at night. This was not good for small children.

Port A Family Vacation
Our family stayed in this unit last year and really liked it, so we decided to return again this summer. It has a well-equipped kitchen, and the decor is not as over-the-top "beachy" as many of the other units in this complex. (Which is a plus in my opinion!) The flooring in the main part of the unit is much nicer than some of the other units, as well. The owner has done some nice updates this year, including adding a comfy sofa. We enjoyed it just as much this year as last year and hope to return again in the future. A fun family vacation!

I've been at this location before, but not this unit. Part of the unit has been updated which is nice.
The management company of this unit is recommended, they were responsive/professional to a need we had.

The condo was very well-equipped. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't soap and shampoo in both bathrooms.

The receptionist at Port A was not very helpful. Also, information needs to be much clearer that 4:00 is a very firm time for check-in. At 3:45, the receptionist still wouldn't let us check in.

Family Weekend at Port A
The condo was great for our family weekend get away. The first floor location was perfect for this trip with my 8 month old grandson. It was close to the pool and easy for back and forth trips throughout the day with the baby. The living space was a little tight with 6 adults but the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great!! The condo was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have the blinds replaced in the living area; they are broken and do not work. Overall it was a great weekend in Port Aransas!!

Wonderful time in Winter!
Winter is "iffy" on the coast - cold front blew in. But the apartment was warm and comfortable, the beach was clean... and we had a wonderfully relaxing time!
