Hakuna Matata EP629 is a beautiful modern home! On the ground floor you will find the first two suites. To the left, the first offering a king and sleeper sofa. Complete with kitchenette and full bath. To the right, the second offers a twin over queen bunk bed, kitchenette and full bath, and a door leading out to the pool. Upstairs, to the left side, the two bedroom suite. The first is a king, with a full bath. The second offers two bunks with a full bath. Complete with a kitchenette. To the right, you will find the main living space. Offering a king suite and full bath. There is also a washer and dryer, half bath, full kitchen, a living room with ample seating and a sleeper sofa in this space. Plan a multi-family or generational getaway with quick access to town and a short cart drive to the beach. There is a lift to help bring luggage and groceries to the second floor! Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100+tax per day for the duration of your stay. Please mention when making reservations!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a DOG-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. (No Cats Allowed) Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- PARKING: Guests have access to the house’s car garage, in addition to a large driveway for plenty of parking.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Family Beach Vacation
Our family of 7 with 2 kids aged 7 and 13, were very comfortable in this house. The layout of the rooms allowed privacy for everyone. Pool was great and the location was good for beach access and trips to town. Kitchen was stocked well and made easy prep for meals. Picnic table in breezeway was great for outdoor eating. The lift was fantastic for bringing in luggage and groceries. We would recommend this house for a family vacation.

Great multi family getaway
Has 4 separate room with a pool... was great, could of been cleaned alittle better.. the Drain by shower @the pool needs to be cleaned, I cleaned out with water hose a little bit to get it to drain so water wouldn’t stand there

Review
The management company was very responsive and made sure we got taken care of however many problems. On arrival there was a loud constant beep coming from elevator had to pull fuse to stop noise which caused it not to work. The shower in bottom unit would not turn off and had no hot water. Management had to send repair guy. Shower fixed however had zero hot water all weekend to that shower. One towel per person is not enough. Then woke up Saturday morning to find the pool over half drained. Had to call repair man again. Returned after beach that day to find code not working to that unit had to call for a reset. Then after repair guy refilled pool never came back to turn off water almost over flowed. Pool pump was so loud sounded like it was not working correctly could not sleep due to the loud sounds. This is one of the more expensive places we have stayed and had so many problems. We were there for my daughters proposal which we were late to due to waiting for repair guy Friday evening.

Thanksgiving Weekend
We really enjoyed the rental. It was clean and in good condition. The heater on the pool did not work for most of our time there. However they did refund the extra we paid for having the pool heated. By the second to last day the pool cleaning crew came to clean it and after that the pool started to heat. The only other draw back was the TV system needed some sort of instructions to operate and every one of them was different.

Family Vacation
The house worked out well for us with the separate areas as well as a large enough area to gather together. Our family ranged from age 4 to 68. The kids loved the pool it was just right for them. We enjoyed our stay at Hakuna Matata and plan to come back again. House was as described and check in and check out was easy and efficient.

Great Setup
Place was very nice, clean and well equipped. Still has cleaning ladies there at 4 pm but left shortly after. Garbage was full outside and smelled terrible. I believe it was emptied in 2 days. Microwave didn't work and they brought us one that did. I would recommend having someone renail the nails on the upstairs breezeway. Someone could hurt their feet on protruding nail heads. Still a great rental

Fishing Trip
We stayed here for a company fishing trip so we had a diverse group of people. This homes layout gave everyone their privacy and space. The mini kitchenettes in every room was very convenient. The elevator was very helpful bringing your luggage up and down. Overall I was very impressed and would definitely stay again.

Near PERFECT Experience
This was my first time planning a trip for my family to Port A and Port A Vacation Rentals should be your first choice in Port Aransas. The place was absolutely beautiful. Spacious. Exactly like the pictures and the descriptions. Everything we needed, besides the beach and fishing, was at our fingertips. We did have an issue with the pool heater. I paid $100 extra to have the pool heated but the heater was having issues the entire time. They came to fix it the last day we were there, said it would take a few hours to work, but it sadly never did. When we woke up in the morning to check out on Sunday, however, the pool was nice and heated. Sadly we were unable to enjoy it. Only negative on our trip.

Family Getaway
The house was beautiful. Great layout for older family. Each room is separated so the young adults could be away from the older folks if they are staying up later. House was clean and well stocked. Corn hole and pool were a great addition. The main floor bedroom had a pull out couch, there was plenty of space for our party of 11, and still had a couple empty beds. The elevator did not work the entire time we were there, the maintenance office had to order a part. If you are relying on it be sure to ask if it is working before you go.

Great rental!
Property was fantastic. 6 adults, 3 kids, and a baby. We all had our own space with fridge, sink, and sitting area with tv. The shared kitchen was huge and living space was accommodating. The pool was perfect. We had 2 dogs with us and they had a small fenced area outside.

Only issues we had is the wi-fi was very weak and didn't reach all he living areas especially on ground floor. Could not use TV or sometimes not even our phones unless it was on data plan. Definitely need to bump up plan or get extenders. Also, we needed our our bug spray. We treated the pool area for fire ants and had Palmetto bugs. Once we sprayed, we didn't have a problem. Recommend a pest control do a sweep.
