It is Fine LCV26 is a 3br/3ba beach house with a spacious second floor deck to enjoy breezes off the Gulf of Mexico! Observation deck offers views of the water. Fully furnished to enjoy a weekend on the beach. The ground floor is a great family space! There is one queen bedroom, and two sets of twin over twin bunk beds in the living room. It also offers a mini fridge for late night snacks and drinks. In the full bathroom is where you will find the washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, and main living room. There is also the king primary with a full ensuite bath. You will also find a queen bedroom and a 2nd full bath on this level. The ground floor is not internally connected to the rest of the home. There is no garage access.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Great place to stay with family
The condo was roomy and nicely furnished.We do most of our owe cooking and found the kitchen well stocked with pottery, pans and dishes. Our group ranges from young to grands. The only downside, which was minor, would be the outside stairs.we would stay here again.

It is fine
Overall a great house. Good space between houses. Nice view of the dunes/gulf. The cons we experienced were the downstairs unit smelling very strong of asphalt coating. I don’t think kids would have been ok staying down there. The shag carpet upstairs should be replaced with hard surface.
Would rent again assuming the downstairs smell was dealt with.

Easy, Convenient Stay Near the Beach
The house was great for our family of 8. It is located a short 5 minute walk from the beach, and has a good boardwalk ramp for hauling stuff back and forth.

Bring bug spray if you are going in August. I don't fault the property for this, it's just the area. We were swarmed everywhere we went in the neighborhood - to the pool, to take out the trash, on our way to the beach.

One thing that was not clear when I booked - I had not read too much of the description for comments - is that the bunk room and 3rd bedroom are located in a converted garage, and requires going outside to access. 5 of our kids stayed down there, and we actually enjoyed the quiet it provided. But, if you don't like having your kids separated by an exterior entry, you should be aware of this.

The upstairs beds were a bit on the firm side, a preference thing you should be aware of.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the condition was the downstairs had a very strong smell of mothballs. This didn't bother our kids staying down there, but it would have bothered me if I had slept there.

Well planned rental
The rental is in a great location and well planned out. Everything was clean and organized. The bottom floor is actually 7 beds. 4 full bunk beds with trundles underneath which provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The ac stayed cool and comfortable. Zero complaints. The only issue was the grill was no where to be found.

Quiet and beautiful place to stay.
This location is a great place to stay because it’s so close to the ocean, but far enough away from the busy part of town.

It Is Fine Is Divine!
Our family of 4 spent a week at Is Is Fine and loved it! This house has awesome views, is decorated beautifully and is very well-apppointed. Everything we needed was here, and we actually brought many items from home that we didn't use. We have stayed at 6 other houses in Lost Colony over the past 20 years and this is by far THE BEST one. We will be back!
