The Jiggy Getaway LCV34 is a fabulous home offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and is just a short walk to a secluded beach. The main living area offers a wonderful open living room and kitchen area. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper and a full size sleeper sofa. The first bedroom, has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen, as well. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bath. The downstairs is connected to the upstairs by an exterior staircase. Downstairs, you will find a game room apartment. There is king, a twin over full bunk, and a sleeper sofa, along with a half bath. There is a fabulous pool table. Lost Colony Villas offers a community pool, a boardwalk to the beach and miles of secluded beach. Come enjoy a day at the beach and a perfect sunset at the Lost At Sea beach house. This home can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars. (no garage access) All vehicles must be parked in driveway. No parking in the grass or street. NO garage access. Towing enforced by the HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Spring Break 2026!
The house was beautiful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. I do need to comment that the downstairs could use a good cleaning. Thr door frames and floors were dirty. The pool table had no chalk. I would stay again though.

Very nice stay
Very nice house, with only a few minor problems. First off, the house is no longer blue as in the pic, its white (we drive by the house a few times without realizing it was ours when we first arrived). Also missing a few balls for the pool table. Other than that its a nice weekend house. Its about 8 miles from the Port Aransas. Price was right, and the area was very clean with nice neighbors. Relatively close walking access to the beach, and drive on beach access is only a few miles away if needed. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. WI-FI was off when we arrived, but maintance came quickly after they were called and got it fixed. Overall very happy with the weekend.

Great Christmas Family Vacation
Our family spent 3 marvelous days on Mustang Island. Beach-time, fishing, golf-cart riding, sight-seeing, etc... we made wonderful memories!!

Relaxing Visit
We had a relaxing beach stay for Thanksgiving with 8 guests. The decks were amazing and allowed us to enjoy the weather and sunsets. The house is very nice and had everything we needed.

Company Get Away
There were 9 of us. We had a great time. There were a few things we would recommend for a large home like this. Add a few extra trash bags, some extra dish washing soap, extra dishwasher detergent, paper towels and extra toilet paper. With our large group we went through all these things quickly in the days we were there and had to go buy them. Otherwise, this home was great.

Nice house
Overall nice place to stay. The kitchen was very small and didn't have a pan large enough to cook bacon or have a dustpan with the broom. Also no dishwasher detergent or dish towels just washcloths. It also lacked mats at the doorways to wipe your feet. They didn't provide enough towels for all the guests but were very responsive when I called the office. I was disappointed that the patio furniture was so rusted and broken although there was a nice wooden picnic table to sit at outside on the nice patio. The cable was turned off after our first day but they mailed new boxes the next day. There was plenty of room for all 18 of us. We brought some twin air mattresses so no one had to sleep on the sleeper sofas in the living room. The downstairs smelled a little strong after they cleaned so we had to air it out. The house was very clean overall except the pans in the kitchen. They were stained. The location was within 5 min walking to the beach but up against the main highway so you could hear road noise. Plenty of room for 6 cars in the driveway. We would stay here again but hopefully they will correct some of the minor issues.

Vacation stay
The house was very nice and had a nice view! It was very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Loved the open living room and the kitchen. And the decks were awesome! Would definitely stay again.

Great Fun Had
The picture must be an older picture. I’m always amazed at how different the perception from the pictures and real life are. Driveway is twice the size now and there are other houses, as this one is the very first one in the neighborhood.
It’s a good size, perfect for our family of 17 that was on Spring Break together. A couple of things that need improvement is the mattresses on the sofa beds, they are very dingy and brown. Also a vacuum type floor sweeper instead of a broom.
We had an awesome time and think if you have a large family that this house is perfect!

Great stay
It is in a good location from Port Aransas. You can walk to the beach and you can see the beach from both decks. Very roomy with all couches folding out to sleeper beds. My family had a great time overall. I didn’t see the grills until day we were leaving, they were in garage and we didn’t go in there. But will look into renting from here again.
