Kara Mia KD695 is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Port Aransas home comfortably sleeps 12 people. The 3rd floor offers a private king suite. On the 2nd floor you will find the open kitchen, dining room and main living area. The living room has 1 queen sleeper sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. The first offers a king, and the second is a bunk room for the kiddos; 1 set of twin over twin bunk bed, and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The ground floor suite offers has a queen bedroom, bath, and small kitchenette. Washer and dryer are located on this level as well. The ground floor is not internally connect to the 2nd floor. Access is by external stairs only. This home offers boat parking in the backyard. There is also garage access, with the second washer and dryer. Pool can be heated for an additional $75 plus tax per day, for the duration of your stay. Please request this when making reservation as the pool may take 24 hours to heat. Please be aware there is a Ring camera system, and sorry pets are not allowed.

Mother's Day vacation
Cleaningless was good, amenities good. We did have a couple issues which were handled in a professional manner. The only other issue was the downstairs apartment smelled musty.

Amazing vacation!!!
We had two families stay together, 6 kids, plenty of room. Home was beautiful and so clean, the area is fabulous to use a golf cart to get around, the beach, restaurants and shops so close make it so easy to enjoy all the island has to offer. We got to the home earlier than check in and they were super accommodating and let us in to start our trip early. We will definitely be back..

Beach Time!
We all really enjoyed the home. It was clean and spacious. Any issues with the home were resolved quickly. The mother-in-law suite was perfect for my brother and his wife. The pool was great for the kids and the beach was not too far away. It was helpful to rent a golf cart to take is back and forth.

Close to the Beach
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Kara Mia. Management was very responsive and rental information was clearly communicated. We loved the proximity to the beach. We did not utilize the ground level living area (it was very hot and musty). The main and upper levels were perfect for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. I would recommend a little more careful cleaning between guests. Upon arrival, we found M&Ms candy on the floor of the main bedroom. The bed on the main floor was very comfortable but the bed in upstairs bedroom was a little worn/uneven. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The kids enjoyed the pool and the deck is very nice in the morning/evening. Overall we had a great stay.

Amazing Get Away!
Our stay was amazing. The property was 100% as described. We highly recommend Kara Mia!

The only negative feedback is we would have wished that the downstairs A/C worked and that extra trash bags would have been left with cleaning supplies.

We did not call this in or reported because we managed and were having so much fun with family these things were not a big deal to our family.

We would stay again and would highly recommend this property. Thank you, Kara Mia, for hosting our family and allowing us to make family memorable memories.
