Description Description
La Playita MR130 is an adorable beach house located in the Mustang Royal subdivision. This vibrant home invites you to your own personal oasis. Upon entering the house you’ll find an open floor plan with a living area, dining area and full kitchen. There is the king bedroom and bath located on main floor. On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. One, with two queen size beds, the second with two bunks, twin over full. La Playita has a beautiful wraparound balcony that overlooks the yard which is also great for bird watching around the pond. The wonderful outdoor space is great for entertaining the whole group, complete with backyard games, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill to cook your catch of the day! The Mustang Royal beachfront Community offers a neighborhood swimming pool and golf cart access to the beach. STR#2348428
There is a Ring Camera at the front door.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets under 25 lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Slipping in some sunshine before school starts!
This property is in a great location, close to the boardwalk, and in a quiet and clean neighborhood. We loved the huge chessboard and outdoor seating area for the cool, quiet mornings before shuttling to the beach. The Kona Ice truck circling the streets was a nice surprise in the afternoon!

Great for families
This home was perfect for our multi family vacation! The home was a bit dated but very clean and had an adorable beach theme throughout. Each room had a private bathroom which was perfect for our 3 families and the property was the best! The home is located on a pond with great fishing, had the best wrap around porches, and an adorable life size chess board that the kids enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Great place with many amenities & great location
Our family enjoyed our stay in the lovely 2-story beach home just a few miles from Port Aransas, which was easily accessible by golf cart on beach road. We are retired couple and were joined by our daughter, her husband and their three teenagers. The home had ample amenities for our party of seven with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and even board games. It’s a great house and we’d stay again.

Comfy beach house
Rented for family trip with the grandkids. Was worried the house was too small but it was perfect. 5 adults 4 kids.The location is quiet , and the outdoor space kept the kiddos busy. A plus, it's shaded in the Afternoon. All bedrooms met and exceeded our expectations.The bunk room was a hit with the game table. Comfortable home for sure.Rent a golf cart if you plan on accessing the beach from the property. It's a long walk.You can drive your car onto the beach and park so we choose to do this instead. Overall. A clean, quiet, spacious, comfy home

Wonderful Girl's Weekend Getaway
We loved the house, plenty of room and beautiful views. It offered many different options to sit and relax outside by the pond, on the balcony, or around the fire pit. It was further from the beach than I expected but it helped us get our steps in every day! I would definitely recommend staying at this house. I also left a small picture for the owner that says "Life is better at the Beach"!
