Latitude Adjustment MIBC201 is a remodeled 2/2 unit, with a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Comfy new furniture in the spacious living area, which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed. There is a futon couch off the living area for an additional sleeping space. Sorry, no pets allowed. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. sorry, no pets allowed.

Mustang Island Beach Club is located just a little over 5 miles outside of the town of Port A. The complex features a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- Parking passes are required, will be in unit.

Okay Stay

Not the best but okay. The master bed is HARD and about a 1/2 foot below the headboard. The couch was more comfortable. The dryer does not dry. Other than that it was close to the beach and that is what we were looking for.

Two Bedroom and two Bathroom condo

This place was so clean and nice iinside it was not the picture they sent me that was nexts to us . The outside was not as nice ,but it wasn’t a bad looking place . The walk to the ocean was a ways you could drive and a little space was where you could park you car . It constantly said be aware of snakes, never seen one, but it kept saying that as you would walk down the road to go to the ocean or if he drove. It’s not as close to the ocean as it says so know that you either will driveor it’s a long walk, overall it was a nice place to stay. Glad we had it.

Thank you for being our guest at Latitude Adjustment. Mustang Island Beach Club is not beach front but a short 10min walk to the beach. There are sometimes snakes in the dunes and the HOA wants to make sure all guests are aware. We hope you will give us another try and come back soon!
Port A Escapes staff

When we got to our condo there was a ladder infront of our door and it stayed there till we left. The first morning there we were woke up by Maintance hammering something on the roof. Thought we had someone beating down the door. Was also going on again in mid afternoon as well.
