The open kitchen and living area are the perfect place to gather in the evening. Bedroom ideal for a family of 4 get away, as it features a Queen bed, twin over twin bunk set, and a TV. The complex has a nice community pool and there is easy beach access right across the street. Parking is limited to 1 car. Parking pass must be displayed on dashboard. No smoking inside OR outside! Little Shell Stay

We loved this place. Lots of room. Very comfortable. Nice pool but we didn’t use it. Close to everything we normally do or places we go. Will definitely want to stay again. Loved having parking right in front of our unit. And loved that had a washer/dryer.

Comfortable little apt

If your coming to party you may not want to stay here. It was everything that I was looking fir. Quiet safe and relaxing. I loved that it had a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils pots pans etc

Our vacation rental experience was great. Coco was a little out dated but very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed getting up early every morning and sitting on the front porch with our coffee and watching the sun come up.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location! I was extremely happy and wanted to stay longer. The only thing I had wished they had had was a blow dryer since that’s what hotels have and I didn’t get email clarifying there wasn’t one until I had already left my home since we stopped in San antonio on way to Port A. I had to buy beach toys and laundry detergent for our stay but was so thankful we had the washer and dryer. It was so nice being just a short walk to the beach.

Sandfest Getaway

As the title indicates, my wife and I went to Port A to attend Sandfest 2022. This was our third stay in Port A and our second arranged thru Port A Escapes. The condo was perfect for two people (bunk beds for 2 more), was clean and neat, and had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about Port A Escapes and their wonderful staff. Would also like to give a shoutout to Island Outfitters for their cart rental service...Outstanding!!!

We loved Seamist Little Shell 152

This unit perfectly met our needs for our 2 week Port A is an easy walk to the beach and is only a very short drive to the beach.The unit has comfortable furniture. It has a full kitchen.We looked forward to taking our showers. The plastic bench is handy. The bed was comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the poolside chairs were a good place to relax. The units back porch could use 2 chairs for reading and relaxing in the evening. The grills by the back doors were in good shape. The front porch furniture was a great place to eat or read early or late in the day. I broke one of the chairs. The unit was clean and well stocked. We would love to rent this unit again. It was a great base for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect!

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for our stay in Port A. There were 3 adults, and we all felt it was large enough and comfortable. The condo was clean and the ac ran nice and cold. Also, having the benefits of a small pool and a beach boardwalk was something I was specifically looking for when searching for a rental, and this had both! Definitely would stay again!

Nice relaxing place.

The community is pretty quiet and very close to the beach access. Bbq grill and pool are very convenient. Would definitely stay again. The property manager (Mike) is a bit of a jerk though.

Clean and close to the beach

I have stayed in this building many times in different units. This one has a nice remodel. Not luxury but clean and nice. Walk over to the beach is convenient. Did have a problem with several big black spiders we had to keep killing.
Staff at rental office was really nice. Ck in and out easy.

Little shell 152

This rental was awesome and very spacious as well. Nice and clean and loved the fluffy towels provided. The pool was awesome too. When we left we unfortunately forgot some clothes in the closet but housekeeping was kind enough to turn them in to main office and brenda was very helpful in making sure clothes would be mailed back to us. So thankful for the staff and experience of our visit. Would definitely love to return. And we will recommend it to all.

We had a blast.

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a unique and uncomfortable smell, It was a bit overwhelming- we bought febreeze and we were fine. The home was clean and perfect for my family of four. It was in a great location, we had parking right in front of our rental, very convenient to load and unload our belongings. I was informed prior to getting into our rental of the items we needed to bring as they were not provided which was nice. Overall our stay was nice and we all had a blast.

Awesome location

The unit is located 5 minute walking distance from beach, so your vehicle has no mess with sand after playing at beach. Cool A/C, cozy swimming pool, nicely equipped kitchen, and extra. Highly recommended.

Summer Stay

I come to Port Aransas every summer and had a hard time finding somewhere to stay this year (I waited too long to book). Luckily, I found this little place and thought it was affordable.

We were very happy with the location and my daughter loved the little pool. The place was clean but the one negative for me was that the bedroom smelled very musty, even after we bought air fresheners.

Other than that, we were pretty happy with our stay.

Great Location!

This was the second year that we stayed at this same location. I chose Little Shell #152 because of the great stay we had last year. The only issues we had was that there were only 2 bath towels supplied when there were 3 adults staying for 3days and 2 nights. Also the bathroom ceiling tiles were water damaged with black mold on them...a simple fix. Also wish that check -in time could be earlier...the day is already almost over by 4 p.m. check-in time. Still a great place to stay and very close to the beach.

Two days at the beach.

The unit met our need for a short visit to the beach. It allowed us quick assess to the beach and we would go back and forth to the unit to recharge our energy and go back again to enjoy the beach. I would recommend an update on the cillings,appliances, doors, furniture, and the access to the pool.

Cute & Cozy

This rental was perfect for our small family of four! This unit was decorated cute & had all the amenities you would desire in your home away from home. The pictures are an accurate representation of what you will find upon your arrival. The beach is a very short walk from the unit.
