Introducing Looney Dunes VW50! As you enter this 3-story home’s main floor, you are greeted by an open floor plan with a seaside feel. The entry level hosts a comfortable living room with plush sofas and custom-designed lounge chairs. The spacious dining room table has seating for 8 guests. The private apartment suite is located on the ground level with access from two locations. This room offers a king-size bed and a twin-over-full-size bunk beds. This suite has a kitchenette, a spacious living area and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth has a twin-size bed and twin-size bunk beds. There is also an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. Rinse off the gulf coast sand with an outdoor shower. Enjoy amazing views from the rooftop terrace. A one-car garage for guest access. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- This is NOT A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY

- NEIGHBORHOOD RULES: The property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 4 spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Overall the property was good and we had a great time. Floors were pretty dirty when we arrived and many of the kitchen amenities need to be repaired/replaced.

July 2024 - Six adults, a 4 year old and a 7 month old

Our extended family had wonderful stay here. We enjoyed sitting on the top balcony and watching the clouds and beach. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The open kitchen and living area were perfect. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for our family. We traveled to the beach in our cars and did not rent a golf cart.

Great Trip!

Looney Dunes was an excellent size for my family of 9. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of space to rest after a day at the beach. The pool was well maintained and a nice break from the sand. The kitchen had quite a few amenities, though the coffee makers appeared to be older/ not functioning well and the dishes needed to be washed prior to use. You can’t beat the view from the roof deck, where we enjoyed many happy hours. Felt safe and secure during our stay, and everything we needed was close by! We had a wonderful time!

Great Family House

Great house for a large group and kids. The pool is a nice addition and the elevator helped with unloading and loading from the car. Highly recommend, will book again!

Family Beach Trip

Trip was great! Beds were comfortable & pool was amazing! There is an elevator however it is quite loud from downstairs bedroom. There are A LOT of stairs to this house so be prepared for that. Great views from balcony & roof top deck. Overall good stay!
