- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is NOT A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY
- NEIGHBORHOOD RULES: The property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 4 spaces. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Great place to stay
We chose the best time and place to stay in Port A.
The neighborhood was practically empty until the night before we left.
The elevator was a great feature in our 3 story home. The roof was a great place to watch the sun come up.

Perfect beach house!
We enjoyed our stay in this cute home! The kids loved all the colors incorporated. The roof top and balcony had amazing views of the ocean. The location was perfect also! We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Perfect for our extended family of 10
This space was perfect for us! Close enough to everything and just the right size. The selling point was the table for 12; we cooked and ate together with no one having to sit at the kids table! We loved the heated community pool that was just a few steps away. Port A is one of our favorite places, Port A Excapes helped us capture that.

Overall the property was good and we had a great time. Floors were pretty dirty when we arrived and many of the kitchen amenities need to be repaired/replaced.

July 2024 - Six adults, a 4 year old and a 7 month old
Our extended family had wonderful stay here. We enjoyed sitting on the top balcony and watching the clouds and beach. The house and pool were clean and comfortable. The open kitchen and living area were perfect. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for our family. We traveled to the beach in our cars and did not rent a golf cart.

Great Trip!
Looney Dunes was an excellent size for my family of 9. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of space to rest after a day at the beach. The pool was well maintained and a nice break from the sand. The kitchen had quite a few amenities, though the coffee makers appeared to be older/ not functioning well and the dishes needed to be washed prior to use. You can’t beat the view from the roof deck, where we enjoyed many happy hours. Felt safe and secure during our stay, and everything we needed was close by! We had a wonderful time!

Great Family House
Great house for a large group and kids. The pool is a nice addition and the elevator helped with unloading and loading from the car. Highly recommend, will book again!

Family Beach Trip
Trip was great! Beds were comfortable & pool was amazing! There is an elevator however it is quite loud from downstairs bedroom. There are A LOT of stairs to this house so be prepared for that. Great views from balcony & roof top deck. Overall good stay!
