Lost and Found GW110 is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home located right on the beach! This 2 story home has all of the living space on the 2nd level, which allows for amazing views from most of the rooms in the house. The 1st bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom, 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. The open living room and the kitchen are the perfect place to relax.
Per HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. There are a maximum of 4 cars allowed at this property.
Gulf Waters requires proof of vaccination for all pets. This must be been presented to the onsite Gulf Waters office at the time of check in. Failure to provide proof of vaccination can result in eviction per Gulf Waters HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a DOG-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per dog, per night. 3 dog maximum are allowed. (No Cats Allowed)
Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- GOLF CART INFO: Gulf Waters charges $3.00 a day per golf cart for a golf cart pass.

Great Stay at Lost and Found
What a great week at Lost and Found! The house is as beautiful as the pictures! The pool was an extra plus for our grandkids and a great end to each beach day. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. In addition to the amenities listed, there was a pool table and a ping pong table in the "garage" There were also some extra beach toys and some boogie boards. We will definitely plan to stay there again!

Beautiful views, great location and fun games for the whole family (ping pong, pool table and more). If I could suggest adding beach towels as it’s a beach rental and explain location better to help find the house (drive through the RV park).

Beautiful View, Great Location
This beachhouse is in the prettiest RV resort my friends & I have ever seen! The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was private & shaded, and we had an awesome bday dinner at Lisabellas in Cinnamon Shores (just 3 min away). The only thing I didn't care for was all the tar on the beach (which is outside of their control obviously), but they had a little shower with scrub brush & dawn soap at the beginning of the boardwalk for everyone to use to clean up after.

Christmas at Lost and Found

Family Trip to the Beach
We enjoyed staying at this beach home our annual family beach trip. Having all the living area on one floor was great, the views were amazing and having the pool table and ping pong table was a plus. It was too cold to use the pool. Also nice was a place to park the boat.

The Beach House

Summer vacation
We stayed same place last year and I can say I’d stay again. No problems like last year, everything was in order this year. The guy doing the walk thru was pleasant and eager to answer any questions we had. AC still struggles but set at 74 as the day goes on it warmed up the common area to 77 was the highest. I will say the bedrooms were cooler. View is spectacular. If they replaced those back windows with pella or Anderson it would not feel so warm from the morning sun which starts the warming process. Great pool. Lots of space, games both upstairs and down stairs. Everyone had a blast. We’ve already recommended to several people who have taken advantage of Port A Escapes and Gulf Waters.

Great place in Port Aransas - Lost and Found
This was a great house with well stocked upgraded kitchen. The AC worked perfectly. There were more amenities than described (i.e. hair dryers and beach chairs). We did need a coffee pot replacement and they came over the first thing next day. The private pool was a nice add. I did wish they came to clean it at least after 3 or 4 days. All in all I would rent this place again.

Gorgeous home, awesome pool, super great beds!
We found the master king bed and the bunk beds to be super comfortable, the living spaces were so roomy and open concept was so inviting. My family really enjoyed the private pool it was nice to just go down and swim with a little one that couldn't stay out super long in the sun. The game room downstairs added lots of extra enjoyment and a nice place to store sand toys. Only one negative the railing on the upper deck was loose and not safe for our little to go outside unless we stayed right with her. It was very wobbly.

Wonderful! We were celebrating a family birthday and wished we had stayed longer. Next time we will. Very well equipped, but for spices. We assumed with the pandemic they are being through out, so bring your own. Very warm and friendly residents, RV owners.

Spacious waterfront home, Beautifully furnished and equipped
We enjoyed our stay at the beachfront house. Lots of room, well furnished, recently redecorated, The kitchen has everything you might want for cooking in. Water toys, beach chairs were a nice surprise.

Amazing home at a great location
We were 3 families traveling to Port Aransas for the winter break. The house is spacious and well designed. The view of the ocean is amazing, we enjoyed the sunrise each day we stayed there. There were lots of indoor games to enjoy during the night. The neighborhood is very pretty/quiet. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful home and awesome stay
The home was lovely and close to the beach access. We played on the beach for days. The deck was awesome to view the ocean and destress from the COVID time.

Family time at the beach
We had 6 adults and 5 children staying in this beach house. We all loved it. The house is very Spacious and gorgeous wonderful views. There was plenty of room for everyone. Quick walk to the beach. We did rent a 6 person golf cart that was a blast.

The right way to do Port A!
Our family rented Lost & Found for 5 nights at the end of Oct & our stay was 5 stars. The house is HUGE and more than enough space for the 7 of us (all adults). The home was clean & tastefully decorated. We appreciated the restraint from putting unnecessary decorations everywhere like tables & countertops ;)

We rented a cart for Port A buggies & were able to use the boardwalk to cruise back & forth to the beach. This was extra helpful as we had my elderly father with us, so it wasn't too much walking.

Easy check in & out. We would definitely return to Lost & Found!

Fabulous stay
Awesome location and great house! Def recommend for several families, but our family of 4 had a blast! Great access to beach and highly recommend getting a golf cart from Scott at a discount

Great vacation home!
2nd time staying in this house. Location is great. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Great water pressure and comfortable beds! Loads of room, well-maintained and well-stocked kitchen. Will stay again.

A Taste of Normalcy
We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this property. The house was a very nice and it was only a short walk to the beach. Most mornings, we were one of the only families at the beach area. We would occasionally see joggers and walkers. The beach was clean and well-maintained. The boardwalk was easy to navigate so we did not rent a golf cart.The property management company was available for any questions or concerns that we had. We did need to relocate chemicals under the kitchen sink to a shelf above the washer and dryer since there are no child-proof locks.

Great Family House
We had a great time, with home being clean and well kept. The kitchen is very open and the beach close by. The drawback were the mattresses being rock-hard. People were sleeping on the couches towards the end, rather than the beds.
Otherwise, a great home with well-stocked kitchen supplies, a laundry machine, and nice bathrooms.

Beautiful home with an amazing view
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The views were spectacular and it was only a short walk to the beach. The only negative for us was that the community pool's heating element was out and Gulf Waters RV Park doesn't allow anyone under 16 to use the hot tub, so our children were really disappointed that they couldn't swim or warm up after being at the beach. If you're traveling with children, they don't budge on this issue, even if you are the only people at the pool. This was a resort issue, not the owner's. We loved having the pool and ping-pong tables downstairs. The property management company was great to work with and were very responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Perfect! Well equipped & maintained home w direct view of Gulf.
This was the second year we have stayed in this home. It is very well maintained, has a beautiful direct view of the gulf, and has a super well equipped kitchen with everything you need, plus a pool table, ping pong table, and foos ball table. The owners have gone out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. Be sure and rent a beach buggy form Port A Beach Buggies to make your stay a perfect experience.

High end home on the beach
I'm the person that never gives a 5 star review, but this beach-front property deserves 5 even if it is not perfect. The kitchen has features you only find in large high end homes. It appears that it was completely redone after the storm. We only used the upstairs, but it was large, lovely and exceeded my expectations. The master bath has a huge shower and jacuzzi tub. We took advantage of being able to rent a golf cart onsite and drive across the boardwald to the beach. On the minor downside--they saved every penny they could on the toilet paper; the huge nonventilated downstairs area was very musty--but would still be good for a large crowd while cooking out.

Unique Multigenerational Fun House
We had 4 families, from ages 5 to 86, and found the home fit everyone's needs; from a well stocked kitchen, to an easy walk in shower, multiple tv's, game tables and board games easy to access.

Wonderful stay, even in bad weather!
We spent our spring break here and even though the weather didn't cooperate, we loved the home, the easy access to the beach, and the heated pool on the property! The home had everything you could want and more (games, foosball, ping pong, pool, fast internet) and everything you need to cook a meal (if you want to). The beds are super comfortable and clean, as was the whole property. Would definitely stay again!

Fun at Gulf Waters!
Our family of eight with our dogs had a wonderful stay at GW#110 over the Christmas/New Year's holidays. The place has an open layout, with four sequestered bedrooms, plus a deck overlooking the ocean. It's a high-tech house, so we struggled a bit with lights and devices, but otherwise, the place is very nice. It was clean and well-stocked. We'll go back!

Family Get Away
We had a wonderful time! The house was open and spacious and clean! Had everything we needed to cook and eat there. Gorgeous view of the beach and short distance to the boardwalk. Also really enjoyed the well maintained RV Resort the house is located in.

Family Vacation
The house was great. It had everything that you could need.
We had our adult kids and all our grandkids all in the same house. This was our first family vacation together!
The only problem was the lights in the house. I turned in a maintance request and they came to look at it. They were going to call the owner about it. They were fast about getting on the problem. We plan on going back!!!
