They are unique, sleek, and luxurious, with spacious decks and modern interiors. The open floorplan of the living room/kitchen area and windows throughout the home bring in additional light. The 1,800+ sq ft home has ample living space, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, private parking, a massive deck for dining or relaxing, and a private plunge pool. SLEEPS 10, with 1 KING bed bedroom and 1 QUEEN bed bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms; 1 QUEEN bed bedroom and 1 BUNK BED area (2 built-in twin bunk beds = 4 total beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom; powder room. FULL KITCHEN has large island with additional eating space. New, modern and upscale appliances with lots of room for the whole group. LIVING AREA and DINING AREA have room for everyone to enjoy their time together. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. LARGE DECK with room enough for dining and gathering for your whole group. **Golf cart is not included with rental**

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. 3 pets maximum are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
