The 1,800+ sq. ft. home has ample living space, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, private parking, a massive deck for dining or relaxing, and a private plunge pool. SLEEPS 10, with 1 KING bed bedroom and 1 QUEEN bed bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms; 1 QUEEN bed bedroom and 1 BUNK BED bedroom (2 built-in twin bunk beds = 4 total beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom; powder room. FULL KITCHEN has large island with additional eating space. New, modern and upscale appliances with lots of room for the whole group. LIVING AREA and DINING AREA have room for everyone to enjoy their time together. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Great House

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house was ready much earlier than the check in time and was clean and cooled down when we arrived. A fun welcome pack was left for us (including sand toys, margarita pouches and chips and salsa) The modern aesthetic of the house was fun and different than your typical beach house. We loved it, would definitely use it again! The plunge pool was heated and perfect for a night dip and relaxing during the day.
