Introducing Ocean View SIV26! This 2nd floor beachfront efficiency condo is in the heart of Port Aransas. It has recently been remodeled with a coastal theme throughout. The spacious bedroom offers 2 full size beds and a full bathroom. The oversized patio off the living area has a wonderful view of the beach. Sea Isle Village is a fabulous community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required. Exactly what I wanted, almost
This is the first time my family and I have rented out something like this. We loved staying here. Let me get the only con out of the way and say that the beds are not comfortable, but other than that we definitely will return. It is a short walk to the beach, quick access to convenient stores, and has everything you need for the littles; pool, basketball court, playground. I am not sure if there was laundry on site.... Couldn't find it although they provided laundry pods. The view from the balcony is nice. Have a rinse station for when you get back to the property from the beach. They remote was working for the volume and then it stopped and we couldn't figure it out, but that wasn't a huge bother. Survived the storm
We have stayed in Ocean View several times and we have never been disappointed. We were safe during the first tropical storm of the season. One thing the owner might check is the door to the balony. A Relaxing Stay with Ocean Views
My sister and I had a wonderful experience at this condo. It was exceptionally clean and surprisingly spacious. The location was ideal, with the front door facing the inviting pool and the back patio offering stunning beach views.
The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring brand-new pots and pans, an abundance of plates and cups, and even two coffee pots. We appreciated having a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. For two people, the space was very comfortable, allowing us to unwind and relax.
The beds were remarkably cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite features was the desk that overlooked the beach. Sitting there, coloring and gazing at the ocean, was truly therapeutic.
The only minor issue was the shower curtain liner in the bathroom, which needed replacement due to its dirtiness. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views and left feeling refreshed. Cheerful Coastal Room with a View
I love Sea Isle Village. We stayed downstairs last year but I wanted a room with a view this year. I love how it is decorated, you definitely feel you are on the coast. It was a lovely stay even with Tropical Storm Harold blowing in.
The pool was quickly cleaned the next day.

The most enjoyable time m
Property was amazing. Clean, organized and well maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the sand dunes towards the gulf. Easy access to the beach only walks away. I would recommend this unit as the entire property to friends and family. We enjoyed the golf cart, the nearby shops and sting rays bar n grill was AWSOME. Great service. Lovely Condo! Awesome views
Neat as a pin and five minutes walk to the gulf. This was a great condo for our family of three and the beach was beautiful. Very Pleased! Above My Expectations!
The 2nd story condo I stayed in was exactly as described except better. It was decorated very tastefully, appliances clean & working, plenty of cookware, utensils & dishes. (even wine glasses & corkscrew) The towels and linens were soft, clean and smelled fresh. Even the extra blankets were nice Velux. There was NO sand inside or on the back balcony, which had an awesome view of the Gulf. The property was quiet and peaceful. The pool was unusable for both days I was there, due to the water being green, so had to be serviced, but no big deal. I was there for the beach, which this property is very close to. However, beware of the mosquitoes on the LONG walk through the dunes to the beach from the condos. We rented a golf cart. MUCH EASIER! Because this property is in town, everything - restaurants, shopping, etc. was accessible by cart. Check-in & out went flawlessly. Great stay!
We absolutely loved the room and property! The room we stayed in was very cute and we loved the decor! Nice view from the balcony. Quiet family oriented property. Great access to the beach. Employees and management company were VERY polite and helpful.

A lifesaver
Another resort canceled on us less then 24 hours before our check in. This property and its ownership was quick to help. The picture match reality. It was a beautiful place at a great price right on the beach. Cozy for two with awesome view
This is our 2nd time back at #26. Love this large efficiency condo so comfy with fun beach decor. Had everything we needed and was fully stocked for Thanksgiving getaway. Excellent location on 11th with easy walk to town or path to beach. Best of all, unobstructed expansive gulf view from large deck. Spent alot of time out there or on the beach. Not many downsides, other than property is old but well maintained. Lots of narrow steps up to 2nd floor, so may not work for all. Also not much privacy on deck from neighbors. Great location

Perfection!
Sea Isle Village. What a wonderful property. Everything was as described. Unit 26 is perfect. A very short walk to the beach and only minutes to downtown Port A and all it has to offer. The condo was immaculate. The property management great. Check in and check out a breeze. Sitting here on the deck my last morning here watching the sunrise. I can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Coffee in hand and reflection on what a perfect trip this has been. I would highly recommend this property. Great little studio on the beach
The staff at Port A escapes was friendly, the condo was cute, clean and cozy. Worked well for a long weekend for my husband and I and our two children. The only downside to the complex is that while there’s a sidewalk leading most of the way to the beach, there is no actual boardwalk over the dune. That trek can be quite treacherous with burning hot sand and a wagon full of beach gear. Clean and beautiful gulf views
Our condo was very clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. The condo description of it's location, layout and amenities was accurate. It was very well-maintained. Comfortable and cozy beach condo with awesome view
Adorable condo with beachy and homey decor. Perfect size with everything you could need. Very well stocked. Comfy beds. Best of all was the large deck for viewing the Gulf. Perfect match for us
If we ever get a beach home, it will be just like this condo. Very clean, comfortable, roomy, decorated perfectly (we argued who was going to sit in the rocking/spinning chair, so comfy), GREAT location! Balcony furniture perfect. Wonderful stay at Sea Isle Village #26
Loved it. 2nd time here in a different room. Even though much smaller than the first was bright, cheery, CLEAN and lovely! Had everything we needed including a little clothes line to dry out clothes. Refrigerator broken . . .
I would usually give this property 5 stars, but when we arrived on Thursday afternoon and put our food in the refrigerator, we realized Friday morning it was not working. We had to wait around the condo on phone calls and arrivals from the service people. We moved our food into the freezer as it was a little cooler than the fridge then we were told to move it all to an ice chest because they were taking the fridge out to replace it. The fridge was replaced Saturday afternoon. We ended up having to throw out some of the food that went bad. The PM company did not seem happy to reimburse us for the $8.00 we spent on extra ice to keep our food cold. The service people were polite and nice.Anonymous from tomball - Posted: 8/11/2016

Quiet Area

BRIGHT SPOT is GREAT!

as WE could walk right down to the beach AND rinse our sandy feet off with your outdoor shower. Lovely,

Spiritual Retreat
3 of my Christian friends and myself wanted to get away for a little spiritual retreat. The Sea Isle Village was the perfect place. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach from our nice size balcony. The beach was a short walk from our room and the pool was nice a clean. Amazing Vacation Rental for Families
We stayed in #26 and the condo was decorated so cute and was extremely clean. The grounds were well kept, the pool was very clean and large, and the kids play set was AMAZING! My only complaint is the beach access is not wood all the way and you have to climb a sand mountain to get to the water. It was difficult for us with a cooler and other beach equipment. We really liked this little condo except for the little roaches. Saw about 10 German cockroaches over a period of 6 days.
Also, there was no dishwasher soap, so we washed everything by hand.
Otherwise, condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. Was very clean other than the roaches.

Short getaway

Our beach get away
the rental experience overall was ok from the time I called to get information and to get all the documents signed the process went by very quickly I kind of got the feeling that I was being rushed but when I arrived the receptionist greeted me well and answered my questions that I didn't get to ask when I first called the rental unit was clean and very well decorated we really enjoyed the view from the patio of the ocean the only problems to unit had were ceiling tiles that had to be replaced
the toilet will not flush well because of water pressure

Sea Isle Condos Port A
Overall the experience was very good. Well maintained and conveniently located condo near both beach and town. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. The swimming pool on the property was very nice and well maintained. We had a nice view of the gulf from our balcony (although the balconies were divided only by a waist high wooden fence). A few areas that could use improvement: mattresses were poor quality, sheets were stained, the remote for the TV didn't work, window blinds were plastic so they did not block the bright morning sun. Beautiful Condo
Met my family in Port A and stayed at this Unit at Sea Isle Village. Nice view from the balcony and short walk to the beach. The outside of property is a little older, but the inside is amazing and very nicely decorated. We only vacation during the week to avoid weekend crowds and had no noise problems. Charming, great view; we
Very cheery, roomy, and comfortable. Yellow, white, and an overall Laura Ashley feel. This is a 2nd floor unit so you can see from the balcony over the dunes and grasses to the sea. We were there for Thanksgiving weekend and it was very peaceful and quiet. I'm glad the two units on either side were vacant because if everyone's out on their balconies you're basically on the same balcony...if privacy is an issue.
Two words of caution: if you're used to a king or queen bed, you'll find the double beds very "cozy". Also, there is a plastic sheath on the mattresses that's there for practical reasons I'm sure, i.e., in case of "liquids", but in spite of the bed pad above it it doesn't breathe at all and can get you kind of sweaty. We wound up taking the comforter off the spare bed and using it as an extra, cotton layer on top of the mattress. However, this was not a show-stopper and don't let it put you off. Sea Isle Condos
Great location, nice view of the beach. Police were called on rowdy, drunk neighbors two doors down the first night we were there, but they were apparently asked to leave and did so the next day. Office lady was very apologetic. Blackout curtains would be a nice addition as the sun lights up the room very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. A box or two of Kleenex and a hair dryer would be nice, too. Curious about $30.00 cleaning charge. When we arrived we were given a list of cleaning instructions to follow before departing.
