Popsicles and Flip Flops VW8 a lovely pet friendly home! Enjoy 2 heated community swimming pools and a totally separate carriage house with its own bed, bath, kitchen and living spaces. Parking passes for 3 vehicles are provided, The vehicles must be parked at the home, two parking spaces in the driveway and one parking space available in the garage. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your three vehicles. Additional vehicles or vehicles parked on the streets are subject to being towed. No boats, trailers or RV's are permitted in the Village Walk Complex. STR# 377663

- Carriage House: King bed, kitchenette, ensuite bath (second floor)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
Popsicles and Flip Flops is a vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- A well-equipped kitchen
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Great House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Popsicles and Flip Flops VW8. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. We had two families with 7 kids. There was plenty of space. The pool is always wonderful and we love the gated community. We would highly recommend Village Walk and this particular house.

Port A Get Away

Quick and Easy is the best way to describe our trip. The location was great and easy to get in and out. The check in and out was super easy. We rented a golf cart and traveled everywhere in town and on the beach.
