Introducing Relaxation Station SP105; a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes. The 2nd level has an open concept living, dining, kitchen, half bath and covered balcony. The first bedroom offers a king bed, and a bunk with a twin over full. A great family bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool. Guests are also allowed to use the garage. Sorry, no pets allowed. STR#: 374012
The unit next door, Vacation Station SP104, is also available for rent. Rent both units so two families can vacation together but have their own space.

Perfect!
This vacation was seamless ❤️ So thankful for perfect communication, texting ability for any questions. My family loved this home and location, having a golf cart in the garage ready to use for the week was My favorite part. No hassle. Get there and have fun. We will be back!

Best Stay in Port Aransas
I love how beautiful and comfortable this spot is. Each bedroom has it's own oassias because when leaving the livingroom area, your comfort doesn't end. Both of the bedrooms have full bathrooms and T.V.'s. The condo had plenty of seating and sleeping room for all of us. When we has issues with the golf cart, it was handled promptly. The only problem we delt with was small black ants. I would stay again and again.

Amazing place for a girl's getaway!
Check in was easy. The place is beautiful, and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The property manager was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to all!

Quick getaway
We had a great time in Port A and at our condo. Lots of room, in a beautifully updated condo with lots of room( grandkids included). We were there during the Sand Sculpture tournament . The beach was clean and surprisingly not crowded . We would certainly come back.
