ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- Please note there is a long-term tenant occupying the garage apartment on the property.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Small dogs only. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
