The Saltwater Hippie LP2 is located in the beautiful community of Las Palmeras is your very own tropical oasis! It is close to the beach & within walking distance to all the best restaurants & shops. On the 1st floor you will find 1 of 2 primary suites. Step outside and you will find a large covered patio and a lush green space. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beautiful weather from the comfort of their own home! Upstairs you will find an open concept kitchen & living space that opens up onto the deck where you can watch the ships come in! The 2nd master bedroom & bath is off the main living area. There is also a guest bedroom & bathroom located on the second floor. This property will allow ONE dog. Las Palmeras has a resort-style pool that will make you feel like you are on "Island Time" all the time! There is parking for 3 standard size vehicles. No garage parking available. Boats, trailers, and street parking is not allowed per the HOA.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Nice Getaway
Communication with the hosts was excellent. Everything was in working order. The only issue is that the beds were uncomfortable - almost futon-like, which, for my 50+ year-old body was a bit rough. The porches were nice for sitting out, the property was located in the middle of everything so we were able to walk for the most part. Plenty of room.

Great stay in Port A
We rented Saltwater Hippie for a 4-night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. This property was perfect for our family (me, husband, adult son, daughter-in-law, and 9-month-old grandbaby). The layout worked since my son and his family took the main bedroom, which had easy access to the kitchen for middle-of-the-night wakeups. With them upstairs and us using the well-appointed bedroom and bathroom downstairs, they never bothered us or woke us up, which was nice. The unit is located in the heart of Port A, which we loved. It was a short cart ride to anything we wanted to do, and our truck never left the driveway. We also enjoyed that the backyard of this particular unit is fairly private and not backed up to the pool area. The pool was also a great item with the shaded area and lots of shallow lounging and play area for our little one. We couldn't have imagined a better stay!

Fantastic place!
It was a fantastic place for my family to unwind after spending the day at the beach. Very comfortable house and I highly recommend it for a family with teenagers. They had their own separate beds!

Fantastic Accommodations.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Saltwater Hippie. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The place was clean and everything we needed was provided. We had an extremely minor issue immediately upon checking in and they sent maintenance out to correct it promptly. I was very impressed with the urgency to which they attended to our matters.

5 Days in Port A at Saltwater Hippie
Our mini vacation was short but sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed both the housing and the area of old town in Port A. It was both relaxing and enjoyable to ride in our rented golf cart to the many restaurants and other venues without having to use our car. It was true "get-away" to refresh and recharge.
