The Saltwater Hippie LP2 is located in the beautiful community of Las Palmeras is your very own tropical oasis! It is close to the beach & within walking distance to all the best restaurants & shops. On the 1st floor you will find 1 of 2 primary suites. Step outside and you will find a large covered patio and a lush green space. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the beautiful weather from the comfort of their own home! Upstairs you will find an open concept kitchen & living space that opens up onto the deck where you can watch the ships come in! The 2nd master bedroom & bath is off the main living area. There is also a guest bedroom & bathroom located on the second floor. This property will allow ONE dog. Las Palmeras has a resort-style pool that will make you feel like you are on "Island Time" all the time! There is parking for 3 standard size vehicles. Boats, trailers, and street parking is not allowed per the HOA.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

- We do not accept Klarna payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Fantastic Family Get-Away Experience!

We just returned from an amazing trip to Port A! Our stay at this condo was fantastic! The two-story rental is well-stocked. The interior and exterior is gorgeous! Every attention to detail has been taken into account; you feel like you are at home - an amazing home! We look forward to the possibility of returning sometime. Beautiful home!

Very comfortable, nicely furnished.

One small complaint-kitchen has no staples. No salt and pepper. No coffee filters. No basic basics.

Fantastic Accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Saltwater Hippie. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The place was clean and everything we needed was provided. We had an extremely minor issue immediately upon checking in and they sent maintenance out to correct it promptly. I was very impressed with the urgency to which they attended to our matters.

5 Days in Port A at Saltwater Hippie

Our mini vacation was short but sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed both the housing and the area of old town in Port A. It was both relaxing and enjoyable to ride in our rented golf cart to the many restaurants and other venues without having to use our car. It was true "get-away" to refresh and recharge.
