Introducing Seaside Haus BB923! From the front door, to the spacious patio, this open floor plan invites you to hang out, relax and get on island time. The first bedroom on the ground level has a set of two queen beds, a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The second bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed, a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The second floor has a primary suite with a king size bed and flat-screen TV. The primary suite also has an oversized closet and bath. Relax in the Jacuzzi-style tub with jets and a separate shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee off the private balcony of the primary suite. Take advantage of the full-size washer/dryer. A half bath is located right off the kitchen. The ample stocked kitchen, living and dining areas are open and spacious. Located just steps from your door, enjoy the beach walkover, community pool or outdoor entertainment. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked at this home. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Additional Features: Flat-screen TVs, open patio downstairs, beach walkover, Wi-Fi, shared pool, gulf views, washer/dryer, bath towels and linens provided. Sorry, no pets, no smoking.

Great stay!

My family stayed here as a quick trip to the beach and found this home conveniently located next to the beach. Although we didn’t get to enjoy their community pool (we thought was next to the home from the looks of the photos) due to a heavy amount of mosquitoes all over us. We still enjoyed the space and time there.

Annual Port A Trip 2024

We come to Port A every year with a large group of people and always rent a home for our family. This year we rented the Seaside Haus from Port A Escapes. With hurricane Beryl we were worried, but Port A was not touched. Port A Escapes did a great job of communicating and making everything so easy by notifying us of evacuations and happenings. We appreciated that. The home is in a great location with minimal traffic in the neighborhood and easy parking. The house is very spacious and comfortable for families with two living areas. My family loved the large sectional sofa up stairs and our grandson loved the large TV. We did not have any issues with the rental and also liked the 3.5 baths. The home is an older property and a little weathered on the outside and the back porch furniture is weathered but very sturdy. From the back porch you can see the ocean and the boardwalk to the beach is just across the street. That was nice. This was my first time working with Port A Escapes and they were outstanding. I will definitely work with them again when we come down next year. Thank you.

Nice House Close to the Beach

Great House close to the beach. Needed more towels and Master bedroom TV did not work. We had 10 guests and only 7 bath towels. Having Laundry was a life saver. Nice Bathrooms.

Port Aransas Seaside Haus

We had a great time in Port Aransas. Port Aransas is a quaint community with nice beaches. Our house was conveniently located within a short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for my family. It was clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The house offered a pleasant view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed for the week. We enjoyed the use of the community pool after our daily trip to the beach.

This was the best visit and first visit to Port Aransas. The accommodations were amazing and the proximity to the water/beach was
super close. The kitchen was fully stocked and each guest had their own bathroom which was very nice. I would give this rental an eleven out of 10!

Quick beach trip

This is a good home, with a beach view from the 2nd floor living room balcony. Short walk to the beach. A few beach chairs and toys were available from the host. Plenty of room for 10 people. Kitchen needs some minor upgrades, dining room chairs are worn and torn. Serving spoons were missing, we had to purchase some at the store. Wifi is spotty on the ground floor, TVS had a hard time staying connected. We would stay here again, outside those small items, great house, great location.

Wonderful family stay

We were a family of eight and the Sea haus was perfect for our first stay in Port Aransas: All bedrooms with bathrooms was ideal and the house was clean and comfortable. An easy walk to the beach was just an added bonus. We’ll be back!

Great Location

We had a great 7 days at Seaside Haus. The boardwalk to the beach was directly across the street. There was plenty of room, plenty of cooking utensils, great view of water from balcony. Arrived the afternoon of tropical storm and was able to park our car in garage!! That is a rarity. Often garages are locked up and not available for use.
Overall the house was very clean except downstairs in the sitting area. The floor had not been cleaned under the ottoman and the sleeper sofa had toys and food crumbs in the cushions.
The gas grill did not work, but the management company came out immediately and replaced with a charcoal grill.
Overall great house and location. I would stay here again.

The Great Summer Getaway!

We had a great time staying at the Seaside Haus. It was exactly what we expected from the description when booking. We would definitely recommend this house! Plenty of space, and just a short walk to the beach and community pool. It had everything we needed and nights out on the balconies were perfect! We'll definitely be trying to stay here again the next time we visit Port Aransas!
