South 11th Street Condo
I recently stayed at a South 11th Street condo that had both its ups and downs. Located just a short walk from the beach, the convenience of the location was a major highlight of the stay.

The condo's cleanliness had some room for improvement. The shower was unclean and had bugs present. I contacted the office and they were very kind. They came quickly to clean the showers. Unfortunately, the cleaning was still not obvious. The sole evidence was the smell of bleach. The shower's appearance was still dirty. I also observed a massive roach scaling the cabinets. Although it wasn't completely unlivable, the lack of cleanliness did reduce the overall comfort of the stay.

We will stay there again!
This is our 7th summer vacation to Port A, our first time a Sea Isle and we will be back! The condo was awesome, location awesome, and pool awesome! We have already told friends and family to book with Port A Escapes. We can’t wait until next year.

Best rental and service!
Wonderful stay and a wonderful property! A HUGE thank you to Port A Escapes for accommodating us with a last minute change. When we arrived at our first rental which was also a wonderful rental, we found it to be on the 3rd floor and we thought it was ground level.. we had to have a ground level. They responded quickly to our need and made it all work and were so courteous too! Highly recommend this management company!!

We loved the condo we rented. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The condo was very clean and the decor was perfect for being at the beach. The pool area was clean and had lots of seating for families. The entire property was clean and tidy. We were very impressed!

Harry was great to deal with. Thanks Harry. The unit was very nice and just what we wanted and expected. We took care of a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, such as, a new appliance light for the refrigerator and new batteries for the remote controls that needed them. We really found Spectrum TV hard to figure out, so that was a drawback. Overall good stay.

Wonderful Visit
The rental was clean and cozy! Our family from California loved how we were within walking distance of the beach. Amid the pandemic, this was the best way we could spend quality time with family and enjoy the beautiful accommdations! We will definitely reserve a longer stay next summer!

Great Stay!
Wonderful little getaway and the perfect condo/complex for that!! We regularly rent at Sea Isle when we come with a large family group, that way we can each have our own rooms but have the family friendly pool area to congregate at. Our room was nicely decorated, clean & accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Our family had a great stay at this condo. It's beautifully maintained, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and we loved the quick walk to the beach. We'd definitely stay there again.

Fun family trip!
This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was a very nice unit and it was right across from the pool which my kids loved! We also liked that we could easily walk to the beach. The only downside is they are working on units all over the property, we didn't experience construction noise though (probably because they weren't working over the weekend). Thanks for a great stay!

We were a bit disappointed that we did not have an ocean view that we thought, instead our patio faced a corner fence! This unit definitely needs upgrades like curtains, pans that haven't lost their teflon, & the sinks were clogged. Other than that, the condo has a great location to the beach & nice community pool.

Family trip
This is the second year in a row I've rented unit 33 and 34 for my family. The place was clean and tidy but the unit looked a little dated. CL Village is a great place to stay and will return.

Sea Isle Village Weekend
Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful little private patio that we all loved to sit on while reading or drinking a cup of coffee. The only think missing was a broom... Bring your own.

Fun in the Sun!
We had a great time. This is our 4th summer to stay at your location. Very Clean and friendly service! The a/c unit was a little weak. We didnt set it over 75 as requested so it wouldnt freeze up. But other than that it was a great stay! Will continue to reccomed to friends!

Short Stay
Property was very spacious, clean and in good condition. Although the unit had a vacuum cleaner, it didn't have a broom for simple clean-up, for example, we could of used a broom to sweep the back patio. The staff was courteous and very responsive. We had a great time and would definitely go back again.

Room not what we requested
We are used to renting directly from Sea Isle Village. Since it changed to an external booking agency we had a huge problem where the condo we selected online was not the one we were given. Additionally, the utensils were not all clean and we really miss not having someone take care of our trash and towels. We go a minimum of 3 days and we used to get that service with Sea Isle. We have been going there for years and would like to continue to do so, but please, let's get the service back on track.

WEEKEND GETAWAY
Very nice place. Only problem was the sand burrs in the living room, especially in the rug. They need to leave a broom in the room so you can sweep us the sand. Otherwise, a great place. Also, Donnalou was a life saver. We got locked out the first day (key would not work in back door). Called her and she was there within 10 min and got a master key and unlocked door. Thanks Donnalou
