Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals. - A 30 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Only 1 pet weighing a maximum of 15lbs is allowed. Pet fee is an additional $100.00 per month/per pet. A pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $100+tax per pet for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

Great floor plan with 3 bdr and 2 bath
Enjoyed the open floor plan with large kitchen and separate utility room. Main bedroom with private bathroom was nice and quiet and away from the guests bedrooms and bathroom. Enjoyed the covered side porch with table and seating for our entertaining. We used the AC window units and they worked great. One drawback was the very low shower head in main bathroom. Hand held shower head was available but not our first choice for showering. Experienced some minor housekeeping issues and PA Escapes quickly sent maintenance employee to address. Response time and resolution on the issues was fast, efficient and much appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay.
