Located right on 11th Street near Beach Access Rd 1A, golf cart rentals, a pizza shop, and The Texan. Room to park your boat! Enjoy the spacious screened porch with an outdoor television. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

Close to the beach!

We were pleasantly surprised. Although a small cottage, it had everything we needed. The screened porch with an outdoor TV was a nice addition.
