The Lah De Dah SH302, is just blocks from the beach and steps to the shared pool. This beautiful 2BR/2BA condo has a coastal vibe and a living space made for entertaining. Interior highlights include tile floors, stainless steel appliances, and serene decor. Find everything you need to fix delicious meals. 2 can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar, and the dining area seats 6. This condo's open-concept living room leads to a quaint covered patio, where there's seating for two, overlooking the shared pool. Beachy white furniture greets you in the primary suite with ensuite bath, and luxurious king-size bed. Guest bedroom also features costal vibes and a king size bed with adjacent guest bathroom. Garage and driveway parking for two cars. A private golf cart is available for guests to rent at a rate of an additional $120+ tax per day for the duration of your stay. Please call prior to your arrival to arrange a golf cart rental. 1 dog welcome in this home, at an additional $20 + tax per night. No other animals are allowed without approval. Parking notes: Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway. STR#: 374026

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Only one pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Great property
Loved the property. Will definitely try to book it when we go back in the Spring. It was very clean and comfortable for our needs (2 couples) and it had no stairs! It was close to town and all the restaurants. We try to stay at different properties when we visit Port A twice a year and I think this is the favorite so far. Just wish the fishing had been better!

Great little town. Fantastic beach access from our rental. Cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff was extremely helpful, accessible, and friendly. Would stay there again.

Comfortable vacation spot
My family and mini doodle stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of Spring Break. This condo was the perfect size and was very comfortable. We had everything we would need including a Keurig. Location is very convenient right off of 11th St near a beach entrance. Would stay again. I would mention if you are taking a dog, you’ll walk off property to get to grass. Not a big deal just something I didn’t think about when booking.

It was a nice place to stay, very clean
It was a nice place to stay. Definitely not worth what we paid for it, hy sny means. The dryer did not work, couldn’t wash the towels to reuse, no hot water in shower and low water pressure throughout. No secure area to take pets. Could never figure out how to turn on pool
Lights to utilize, (same for the neighbors.) otherwise, it was packed with all Of the necessities, amenities. (Other than extra pillowcases..) Port A Escapes reps were wonderful, helpful.

We thank you for your review. Upon inspection of the dryer and hot water heater, the temp knob was set in between temps and not on a desired temp. The dryer is working well. We were un able to replicate the issue with the hot water. The hot water heater is working well. During your next stay with us, please never hesitate to give us a call immediately about any issue so that we may have the opportunity to help you then. We are very sorry, we don't manage the complex or common areas.

Perfect Escape
Perfect location for a week in Port A. Close to the beach, cool and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more amenities (wine glasses, serving bowls and storage containers). A few more towels would be nice as well. Otherwise, quite comfortable!!

Clean and perfect distance
The bedrooms are far apart. Perfect for people wanting some privacy between their family members or friends. The location is perfect. Not too close to the town center where there are too golf carts, only a block from beach access and full convenience stores with gas etc.

4 adults and a great getaway
WE stayed in unit 302 and it was more than we expected. The owner provided extras everwhere. Great TV, appliances. Beds were comfortable and we were just a few feet away from the pool. The beach was just around the corner and the golf cart worked well, just make sure that the sand has been cleared from the undercarraige. We can't wait to return.

Weekend Getaway in Port A
We loved this little townhouse, it was perfect for our small group of 4. The only feedback we have is to get softer sheets (they were pretty loud and crunchy feeling ��). Aside from that, everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.
