Welcome to this coastal gem at Pirates Bay in Port Aransas. This property is perfect for you and your guests to enjoy fun in the sun. This unit is right by the spectacular pool with sitting areas, BBQ areas, etc. The location is close to shopping, restaurant's and a short drive to the beach.
This charming townhome features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 10 guests to rest and rejuvenate. The cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration and adventure. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living and a loft upstairs providing a comfortable queen bed and sectional.
Outside, guests can take a refreshing dip in the shared pool or sizzle up some delicious treats on the shared charcoal grills, creating memories to last a lifetime.
Comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property. STR# 514283
