This Port Aransas premier rental home offers all the amenities for a vacation getaway! Situated in one of the most lovely locations with a boardwalk to beach, this quaint turn-of-the century condo, A Little Bit of Heaven vacation rental is just a short ride into all of the local shops and restaurants. Pets allowed, $20.00 per pet per night plus tax.
This vintage two bedroom cottage will be located on the 2nd floor, it has stylish and flaring décor. When you enter the living area you are welcomed with a flat screen TV where you can watch your favorite shows. This spacious area has a sleeper sofa and Twin Chair Sleeper with plenty of room for entertaining. From the living room you are greeted by the dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen. There is enough seating for six with three more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked and well equipped for every chef's dream.
The first bedroom offers a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two full size bathrooms. There is sleeping for seven.
Sit at A Little Bit of Heaven during the day to soak up some sun or later with your evening glass of tea to witness the amazing color display splashed across the southern sky as the sun slip below the horizon. It's an experience you won't soon forget.
Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers NOT allowed. The condo is on the second floor. There is not elevator access for this unit. This is a smoke free property. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Extra Amenities: Wifi, Cable, Boardwalk to Beach, Flat Screen TV, Fish Prep Station, Pool, Hot Tub
