Introducing Lucky Dog Cottage SC1. This gorgeous coastal cottage is located right in the heart of Port Aransas—walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The first floor will invite you into an open living room and kitchen. An alcove bedroom offering a twin over twin bunk bed. You will also find a half bath, washer, dryer and ice maker! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. The second, offers a king sharing a bathroom with, the 3rd bedroom offering 2 twin beds. There is plenty of room to park a boat. The beach is just a quick ride away. This cozy complex also offers a community pool shared by only 10 homes. - A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
