Introducing Sunrise Paradise PPT525. A custom built, two story, large covered porch plus large covered balcony, great view from the kitchen, living room, dining and 1/2 bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms and two baths up, gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, tile back splash, stainless appliances and large eating bar, tile floors in downstairs living areas, over sized primary bedroom plus primary bath has garden tub and separate walk-in tile shower and large closet. This home is just a short drive to the beach and very close to the community pool. Up for some friendly competition? There is a ping pong table in the garage! Ample parking for 4 in the drive. - Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
