Custom built, two story, large cover porch plus large covered balcony, great view from the kitchen, living room, dining and 1/2 bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms and two baths up, gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, tile back splash, stainless appliances and large eating bar, tile floors in downstairs living areas, over sized primary bedroom plus primary bath has garden tub and separate walk-in tile shower and large closet . This home is just a short drive to the beach and very close to the community pool. Up for some friendly competition? There is a ping pong table in the garage! Ample parking for 4 in the drive. Sorry, no golf carts are allowed at this location.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Family Weekend at Sunrise Paradise

We have been coming to Port Aransas for over 30 years, staying in smaller units. Sunrise Paradise allowed the family to be in one space & not be crowded. The kitchen was large & roomy, furniture comfortable, & yard perfect for our pups. The kids sure enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage. Overall a great place to stay!!

Amazing home but no Wifi
