This two story beauty has plenty of room for the whole family. The first three bedrooms each have a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. There is a wonderful community pool and hot tub for your use and wireless internet. There is also a TV in each of the bedrooms along with the living room. There is a security camera on the front door. This home is just a 3 minute drive to the beach! Come and relax at "Island Time"! Please be aware there are external cameras on this property.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. 3 pets maximum is allowed. No Cats. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
